Please keep the sliding glass doors and windows closed as this will ruin the A/C unit.

Please do not bring luggage carts into the unit. Please return them to the proper place near the front entrance and elevators on the main floor.

Please do not hang anything on the balcony railing, it is a Summer Place Facility guideline.

Even though Bertha made her presence known during our stay, I would highly recommend this unit to all travelers. The unit was clean and well stocked with all amenities. It was probably one of the most well stocked condos we have ever stayed at. We have been traveling for 40 years. The host was quick to respond to concerns and questions we had.

Absolutely amazing condo! Everything perfect from A-Z. 3 couples on this stay plenty of room! We enjoyed tons of excellent food and private deep sea fishing experience! This is a great property in a smaller complex so the beach is not very crowded! The property was great for three couples because of the three bathrooms. The condo is in great condition with everything you need. The owners were very fast in responding to any questions we had. We had a great family vacation on an absolutely beautiful beach. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this property. The owners were very responsive to questions beforehand. All needed information for access to the unit, gym, and beach was provided ahead of the check-in time and worked with no problem. The condo was very clean and had everything needed to be comfortable and prepare meals. It is not a highrise building so neither the pool nor beach was crowded. The kids loved the carts on the beach that passed by selling ice cream or popsicles. Parking was available on the gated portion of the lot when other spots were full. I loved being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean view. We were also able to sit out there and enjoy the Wednesday night fireworks on the pier. We definitely made some family memories and are already talking about stay here again!

Condo was exactly like the photos, very clean, right on the beach and loved the beach service that was included. Pool was kept clean daily and there was easy beach access. Traci was quick to respond to any questions we had and we loved the book with tips and info on restaurants near by that she provided.

We loved our stay. Location was great. Communication from owner was the best we’ve ever had for family vacation. Condo was clean and as described online. We even looked at booking again next year. Would highly recommend to families with small children like ourselves.

My husband and I first visited Okaloosa Island in the fall of 2020 with friends and we immediately fell in love with the Summer Place Condo's! We were amazed by the beautiful white sandy beaches, clear blue waters and stunning sunsets. We live in Wyoming but look forward to spending as much time as possible in Florida (especially during the cold Wyoming winters!) We hope you enjoy your stay at our Condo, and we hope you love it as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

Summer Place is a smaller building with only 54 units so the beach behind the condo is never crowded. The condo unit is very spacious and clean with plenty of room for friends and family. The pool area is family friendly, and the beach is very inviting.
