The property includes:

- A fully equipped kitchen
- 3 bedrooms: a master suite with en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower, bathtub and private WC), and two bedrooms sharing a bathroom
- A sofa bed in the living room, sleeping up to 8 guests in total

- A 70 m² terrace, a private garden with barbecue, and a large garage

It's an interesting house with a nice patio. There was only a single full bathroom and one of the 3 beds was stuck in the end of that bathroom. The other "bathroom" on the upper story lacked a toilet. There was a toilet in a 30-inch area with a sliding door (hook and eye closure) downstairs. I think it was probably a VRBO slip-up that listed the property as "sleeping 8" because there were 3 beds upstairs including the one in the bathroom, and it seemed that the host didn't know what a sleeper sofa was. The one thing that kept us there was the location. We could walk to markets and the old city and also many restaurants.
