Located on quiet side street in desirable Long Beach community area of Sebago with limited views of Big Sebago Lake from the enclosed porch. Access to a nice, sandy Sebago Lake beach just a short walk away. Level lot around the cottage. Great spot for relaxing around the firepit at night and short walk to local convenience store and pub restaurant.! LINENS NOT PROVIDED. DOG CONSIDERED WITH $125 PET FEE
Waterfront Description: Beautiful sandy beach just a short walk away - safe swimming for children. Dock/Suitable for tie-up: no. Mooring: none, but there are rental moorings nearby at the Long Beach Marina.

Great location- walking distance to the nice lake beach and also a restaurant so worked out perfectly for us. NIce and clean property overall. had everything as expected.

We knew it was simple but the not shown had outside walls in bed and bathroom- water stains and gaps to outside. The neighbor parked a huge Rv 10 feet away - couldn’t open window shade ever. Tiki bar at skk 50 yards away really loud on weekends

Hi Dianne Sorry you had a bad experience. The cottage is rustic and we try to price it accordingly. We will talk to the neighbor to see if they can perhaps park the RV a little further from the cottage. Walking distance to SKK could be a perk for some guests but we understand it's not for everyone. Cozy and clean!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It's right across from the lake and has a cozy cabin feel. We had everything we needed and it was very clean.
