In the heart of a peaceful village in the Dordogne, this elegant nineteenth-century bourgeois house, recently renovated, combines the charm of the old with modern comfort. Located in the centre of the village of Lardin Saint Lazare, it is completely untouched thanks to high hedges of trees that isolate the property.PGJyPg
The interior spaces:
- An old house naturally cool in summer, and equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and bedrooms.
- A large warm living room to accommodate large tables (extendable lounge table with 2 extensions), and equipped with a fireplace for winter evenings (
- A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Delonghi coffee machine and American fridge (fresh water, ice cubes).
- 5 bright bedrooms with double bed and each with their own private bathroom (WC + shower), to comfortably accommodate up to 10 adults. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Outdoors & relaxation:
The large garden is a real haven of peace with a salt water swimming pool (6x4m and 1.25m deep), table tennis and children's games. Everything is provided for 10 guests: in the shade of the trees, two large tables invite you to summer dinners in a guinguette spirit. Here, you can enjoy the sun as much as the calm.

The house is located in Lardin-Saint-Lazare, 10 minutes from Montignac (very close to the Lascaux caves), 30 minutes from Sarlat, 10 minutes from Terrasson, and about 10 minutes from the motorway accesses leading to Bordeaux, Lyon, Paris or Toulouse. A perfect crossroads to explore the Dordogne and the Périgord (Vézère valley, markets, bastides, river swimming, heritage sites), while finding the tranquility of a green house in the evening.

Parties are strictly prohibited. The house is located in a quiet area, and we want to preserve the property as well as the good understanding with the neighbours.

Pets can be allowed on request.

Other remarks
Deposit:
A deposit cheque of €500 will be required at the beginning of the stay. This voucher will serve as a guarantee in the event of:
- deterioration of the home or its equipment,
- home in a state requiring an above-average cleaning time

Air conditioning:
Even if the house remains cool in the summer thanks to its stone walls, air conditioning is available in each room.�PGJyPgMake sure to turn off the air conditioning if you leave the house or open the windows.
In the event of excessive energy consumption during the stay compared to conventional consumption at the same time of year, the difference will be due by the tenants (real-time monitoring of consumption via the electricity supplier).
