Nice place but very old and quaint. Iron cage elevator. Big enough for 3 people. Very dark in building. At night there were no lights on in halls. Had to fumble your way through halls. BRING A FLASHLIGHT. Flat is OK size. Shower floods so be careful. Only 1 towel per person for week. You have to Uber to most anywhere. TV is small. Wifi is blazing fast. There is a washing machine but no dryer.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
I was disappointed with several aspects of our stay, particularly the cleanliness and check-in process. Upon arrival, the trash can was already full of trash, which was not the impression I expected when checking into a rental.The fans in the rooms were also very dusty and clearly had not been cleaned. When I turned one on, dust went everywhere, which was very unpleasant and made it clear that the fans needed to be cleaned before guests arrived. Which makes me then wonder what else was not fully cleaned. I also found the check-in process extremely inconvenient. The location to pick up the keys was separate from the apartment, and then we were expected to go to a third location the following day to pay the final deposit. Having to travel back and forth between multiple locations just to check in, access the apartment, and complete the deposit took unnecessary time out of our day. The instructions for operating things in the apartment were also not very clear. For example, there were no instructions on how to work the AC so we spent the 1st night without air conditioning until the following day when they explained how to work it. Overall, while we appreciated the opportunity to stay here, the cleanliness issues and unnecessarily complicated check-in/deposit process significantly took away from the experience.

Man öffnet die Haustür und sieht einen historischen Gitteraufzug. Auch wenn sich die Wohnung im ersten Stock befindet, wir sind immer mit dem Aufzug gefahren.Tolle Wohnung und Terrasse. Supermarkt keine 200m entfernt.Wir haben den ÖPNV intensiv genutzt. Vor der Haustür mit Bus nach Nice Ville (Hauptbahnhof (mit Zug nach Cannes (Sandstrand), Juan Les Pins (Sandstrand), Antibes, Eze, Monaco) oder Gare Thiers (Tram L1 zu Place Massena, Vieille Ville ("Altstadt", da befindet sich auch die Rezeption) oder Alsace-Lorraine (Tram L2 und L3 u.a. Flughafen, Stadion, Sportmuseum).Nach 20 Uhr besser mit Taxi / Uber.
