Whatever you choose to do during your trip to Chiloquin, The Lake House is the perfect home to start your adventure! **** A Note About Nature: The Lake House is a waterfront property in Southern Oregon, which means wildlife, insects, spiders, mosquitos, non-biting midges and other critters are a natural part of the environment, particularly during warmer months. The house is professionally cleaned and maintained, and professional pest control is performed on a regular schedule. However, we cannot guarantee a completely bug-free indoor or outdoor environment. Seasonal conditions and critters can change daily, so please keep doors and screens closed when possible, exterior lights off when possible, and come prepared to enjoy everything that comes with being close to the water and nature :) **** If you plan on using Agency Lake for any type of recreation during your stay, please check any advisories on the lake before you book. Please note that if you make a booking in winter for a summer stay, the status of the lake can change. We do not own or maintain the lake, and our guests use it at their own risk :)

This property is in a beautiful, remote location. It has the BEST equipped kitchen we have ever experienced in a VRBO. The hosts left detailed, relevant notes about the property in the kitchen.We were very pleased with this house!

We had a good stay, but the house could be cleaner. There were cobwebs and spiders in ceiling corner in living room - we took care of it! Shower in Master bedroom is very small and water nozzle is aimed at your face and cannot move it. Other bathroom had mold around tub. House sits close to road so there is some road noise in master bedroom, nothing too bad.This was our first time staying on the lake, and we were not aware of the flying bugs that swarmed at night and early morning. Definitely don't keep outside lights on at night; they were layered so thick on the deck the next morning we had to sweep them off. House had all the amenities you would want and all worked well. Location is great for Crater Lake.
