Lovely comfortable apartment. Looked bigger in photo on website - sitting area fine but very small bedrooms and toilet room in 2nd bedroom so not so good for 4 adults.

Charming, clean, great location

Fantastic little spot in the heart of Old Town Annecy. We walked to everything we needed (including the train station) and rented bikes to tour around the lake and paddle boats for boating/swimming. The place is lovely. Highly recommend. Only downside is that it gets pretty warm on hot days. There are fans for every room, which helps.

Pretty disappointed with this place. Basically this is a rental property where it is clear the owners have never lived because there were no touches of home. The windows out to the busy street / neighboring unit do not have blinds or shutters, so coming out of the shower you have to be fully dressed because the neighbor sits on his balcony inches away from the uncovered window. At night, one of the windows without a covering is directly in front of a street lamp, so it is very bright inside the unit. The manager tried to tell me that all of the windows have blinds or shutters, but this is simply not true. And even the window treatments that do exist are pretty paltry and do not do a good job of blocking light at night. Besides from the window issue, the management was not very friendly. She refused to bring linens for the bunk beds (I wanted to sleep in the bunk bed room because the main bedroom was too bright for me). My husband and I also only received one large towel and one hand towel each for a week's stay when it was 90 degrees the entire time. So we had to share using one towel for the shower and one towel for the lake. And we only received one kitchen towel, which we used to dry dishes, so we had no kitchen hand towel. Basically it felt we were being nickeled and dimed the entire time.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen und gut ausgestattet. Innen sehr gut eingerichtet und wirklich sehr schön. Allerdings ist die ausziehbare Couch als Schlafmöglichkeit eine Zumutung. Nach 3 NĂ€chten waren wir froh wieder in einem normalen Bett ohne Kuhle und quietschen bei jeder Bewegung zu haben. BettwĂ€sche fĂŒr die Person die auf der Schlafcouch schlafen musste gab es leider auch nicht.

Excellent location, remodeled very cute, charming near stream. But, very tight for family of 4 with luggage. 4 towels for family of four for one week? Please provide lots of extra towels for guests staying a long time. Bathroom drain backed up. Other than that, great property!

A lovely, well situated apartment in Annecy

The apartment was lovely, with no major issues during our stay. The beds were comfortable, shower pressure was good and water was very hot. The apartment is very well situated, a short walk from multiple restaurants, cafes, the Monoprix shop, the lake and the train station. We would have no hesitation recommending that someone stay there. We only have a few minor observations for the host: 1) There are no chopping boards in the apartment, which makes it a bit harder to prepare food. 2) You advertise that there is a nespresso machine in the apartment; it would be nice if there were a few capsules for the use of guests to tide them over until they can get to a shop. 3) We messaged quite a long time before coming regarding the use of a cot, but received no reply about it. Fortunately you were able to provide one, but it would have been nice to know in advance for peace of mind.

Bel appartement original bien situĂ© dans l'hypercentre et meublĂ© avec gout. Nous Ă©tions 4 adultes et un chien Ă  l'aise malgrĂ© la surface moyenne car l'appartement est trĂšs bien agencĂ©. Tous commerces au pied de l'immeuble. Parking pratique Ă  l'hĂŽtel de ville Ă  5 minutes Ă  pied.
