Gîte du Verger comprises a lounge, fully equipped kitchen and WC on the ground floor and 2 king-size bedrooms and a bathroom on the 1st floor. The gîte adjoins the separate Gîte de la Forêt. Small enclosed garden. Guests have access to the facilities at the Domaine de Roiffé: outdoor swimming pool (unheated, no lifeguard, open from june 1st to september 30th), boules, playground, mini-golf and driving range (supplement), 18-hole golf, compact 6-hole course, tennis courts and multisports terrain. Center Parcs 10 minutes. Futuroscope 1 hour.
