Appartement conforme à la description de l’annonce. Spacieux. Terrasse avec une grande table pour manger même si le train passe juste devant, cela ne nous a pas trop dérangé. Toit terrasse avec une belle vue. Bien placé pour se rendre à la plage. La piscine de la résidence est très appréciable. Cependant, malheureusement la climatisation est tombée en panne peu de temps avant notre arrivée ! Malgré les efforts de la gestionnaire de location en lien avec la propriétaire pour trouver une solution, elle n’a pas pu être réparée pendant notre séjour. Pas de chance ! En cette semaine de canicule, nous avons vraiment souffert de la chaleur dans l’appartement, le jour comme la nuit. Pour palier à ce dysfonctionnement nous avons eu à notre disposition 2 ventilateurs, ainsi qu’un geste commercial que nous aurions espéré plus important. De plus, il y a eu occasionnellement des remontées d’odeurs d’égout dans la salle de bain. Compte tenu de cette panne, il nous est difficile de mettre une meilleure note.
