Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our updated farmhouse! No immediate neighbors but yet close to everything! Only 9 miles to Lucas Oil! Just a few minutes (within 5 miles) to Smith's Valley & Greenwood for all of your needs! (Dining, Axe throwing, malls & more!) Sleeps 8-9 comfortably, 2 queens, 1 full bed, 1 full pull out couch, 1 twin…living room couch is also available.

The space
Our home provides 2600sq ft of room for your family and friends to enjoy their own space. All furniture and appliances are brand new. All beds (besides the twin) are new and are cooling memory foam! Kids are more than welcome and toys/coloring books will be in the lounge/playroom that will be cleaned and disinfected before each stay! The home is on a well & does have a whole house water filtration system as well as a water softener! Full 2 car garage access for your convenience!

You are within 5 miles of everything you could need! The driveway and our full two garage provide you with plenty of parking!

Other details to note
**please note this is our primary residence. HOWEVER we frequently visit family out of state and will plan our visits around our Airbnb bookings! The home will be professionally cleaned before and after each guest and all personal belongings will be put away. Guests have separate sheets and towels/washcloths. There will be space in each closet for your clothes and the top two drawers will be cleaned out in each room. Fridge will also be cleaned out and items will be moved to the garage refrigerator for you!

Great Location Beautiful House

The location is fantastic. Close to stores, shops, and services. A short ride to the airport, speedway and downtown. The house was exactly as described. It was immaculate and well stocked. We asked for an early check in time and the owner actually showed up to help the cleaning crew to accommodate us. Makenzi was in contact to welcome us and answer our questions. She was so friendly and helpful. Don't hesitate to rent this fabulous house with a beautiful porch, lots of outdoor and indoor games, 4 large TVs, and a firepit outside. We had a memorable stay!

Plenty of space for our group of 7 adults! Negative was only 4 place servings of plates, bowls, coffee mugs, spoons. Coffee pot was a 5 cup, which is fine if you are not coffee drinkers. Listed extra toiletries on listing, but none to be found. Not the cleanest and we did encounter a mouse in the kitchen. We had to go out and buy traps to successfully catch.
