Once you enter the front door, you are mesmerized by the expansive vaulted ceilings, a wall of windows and floor to ceiling woodwork all on display. Sit and relax on the leather sofas and stay warm next to the floor to ceiling rock fireplace. Watch your favorite movie on the huge flatscreen TV.
Connected to the living room is a bar area, perfect for entertaining friends and family while still spending time with the rest of the family. There is a half bath off the bar area for your convenience. Step out onto the large deck with patio seating to take in the expansive ski slope views that await you. Stargaze at night and take in the fresh air all day long. Grill up your favorite meal on the propane barbecue located right off the dining area and kitchen.
The well-appointed kitchen offers modern stainless-steel appliances including a fridge/freezer, gas range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker are provided. Counter seating as well as a dining table to enjoy a yummy home cooked meal or for the kiddos to play games at while mom and dad are making dinner.
There are three nicely decorated bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The master ensuite features a beautiful bathroom with a sunken jacuzzi bathtub, rock feature, separate shower and dual sinks. The other full bathroom also features a sunken jacuzzi bathtub and rock feature so the rest of the family can also enjoy this relaxing amenity.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take trash to dumpster locations

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
