"Welcome to our Florida warm weather retreat. Our home is a luxury 3 bedroom, 2 full bath villa with a heated pool and spa (with optional Pool Heat Surcharge). Enjoy the heated pool and spa with its southeast exposure. The perfect place to relax, unwind, and soak up the Florida sunshine. There is a furnished lanai ideal for outdoor dining.
There is a separate utility room with washing and drying facilities, iron and ironing board. Highchair and stroller is also available. The home is fully air-conditioned for your comfort and provides heating for those rare cold days. The prestigious Calabay Parc is set in peaceful surroundings of pine trees and nature reserves. This villa is the perfect getaway for any family to relax with easy access to Disney World, Universal, and a fabulous golf course."

Accommodation is furnished with a dining table and kitchen island. Trash and recycles are picked up in same bin each Monday morning. If the checkout is Saturday, Sunday or Monday, please move the bins to right side of the driveway near the edge of the road. Thanks.
