We loved everything about the property it’s nice and quiet. Nicely decorated and has a nice outdoor area and dock. The bed was a little firm for my taste but not terrible. 10/10 would stay here again

Peaceful waters

Beautiful little place right on the water great for recharging and relaxing. Had a fire by the water, played my guitar, had some cocktails... great chill little spot.

Private Quiet

We loved our stay at Lori's property on starfish circle. Great fishing in the canal river. Beautiful views in a quiet neighborhood. Just close enough (5-10min) to lots of shopping in north port venice. Space was immaculately clean, modern cozy.

Quintessential Florida

Lovely grounds, modern upscale decor, furnishings and kitchen. Best for max 3 adults - because 4th adult is on pull out sofa sleeper which is ok for children but not as comfortable as a bed. 5-star rural property all the way.

A picturesque place,

The house is located in a picturesque place, you can fish right from the dock. The house has everything you need. There is a magnificent view from the windows of the house. A ten-minute walk from the house there is a trail in the forest. I would like to come back here again.

Off the beaten path

Property was as advertized. We were surprised that 5 miles from a grocery, 10 miles to beach. On a dirt road with pot holes bigger than a large dog. Not a knife that would cut anything.

Great Place to Get Away and Relax

This was a wonderful place to stay. Newly remodeled. Just as the pictures showed. No surprises. Very clean. Communicating by email with Lori was easy and she provided some great suggestions for places to eat. We were able to enjoy quiet time, relax and enjoy the stars! While it is of the beaten path, it was easy to find and was a short drive to good waterfront restaurants and other attractions. We would highly recommend it and would go back again. Thanks Lori

Great place!

What a great little getaway! This house was updated and clean with lots of charm too. The location was close enough to food and beaches but far enough away to get that quiet old Florida feel. We would absolutely stay here again.

A hidden gem

Extremely clean. Great set up for two couples, plenty of privacy. Thoughtful items available, paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex. Much appreciated! A little remote but quiet comfortable place to stay. Whole house has been redone inside and out.

Perfect week

We had a fantastic time at Lori’s place, it’s perfect for a couple or a couple with a young child. It had everything we needed for a 5 day stay. I enjoyed fishing behind the house when we were not at the beach. The beach is about 12 minutes away and the house is very close to both Englewood and Northport but off the beaten path so very quiet and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again!
