Great space for family of 6 adults, just 10 min walk to downtown with easy beach access. Hot tub was a plus with lots of fun options (bikes, table tennis) in the garage. Clean, upscale furnishings with a beautiful kitchen that actually had everything needed to cook. Would stay again!

This place was so lovely for our girls getaway. Just a quick walk to the beach and then walk up the beach to the main Seaside shops was perfect. The house was so clean and updated so lovely. We just couldn’t get enough of how perfect the door color was on every door. It just made it look so stylish and elegant in a beach theme, that’s hard to do. Hot tub was a great evening activity. The beds were super comfortable too.

Great location, only a block away from the beach and close to downtown Seaside. Very clean rooms and bathrooms and an awesome hot tub. Host communicated via text a few times just to make sure everything was okay

The house was clean and was exactly what my family was looking for in a rental near the beach. Great location, walking distance to the beach and very close by the downtown area. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Beautifully appointed.Very clean and easy access to all activities we were interested in, short walk to the beach and on a quiet street.Master bath/shower could use a rubber mat, was very slippery. Felt like I was going to slip and get hurt. That’s the only issue we had.Hot tub was amazing!I would definitely stay here again.

The house is updated and cute. The location is very good. There are maintenance issues that need to be addressed such as the railings on the front steps are very loose and the toilet on the first floor is leaking. The blinds in the home are poor quality and one bedroom was actually missing one.

Very Cute house

We had an Amazing stay! Everything was great ose to the beach and shops to walk to, hot tub, darts, ping pong the kids had a great time as well.

Family Stay

We were at this home for 4 nights and really enjoyed the location, in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach and town. It had a well stocked kitchen and there were plenty of towels which was a plus! We would stay here again!

Spectacular Seaside retreat

We loved the house. It was bright and sunny with lots of windows and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the place was spotless. One block from the beach!

Perfect family beachhouse

Our family of four had a wonderful stay. The house is in great condition. Plenty of space to be comfortable, although we spent most of our time outside exploring the beautiful coast. The hot tub was a popular amenity.

The house was comfy, spacious, and clean. Our family had a great time there celebrating my husband's 65th birthday. The owners were so sweet and thoughtful...they left a bottle of sparkling wine, a balloon, card, and candy for him! The hot tub was SO wonderful! The beach was a quick walk down the street. Up to three cars could fit in the driveway (we only had two). Getting in was so easy with the lockbox, and when I called with a couple of questions, the lady in the office was very friendly and helpful. There were no negatives at all about our experience! We all look forward to coming back and staying a few nights longer than this time.

Spring Getaway

Our group had a great time staying at this property! They loved the hot tub (some of us wished we had remembered our swim suits) and it was a comfortable walk to the beach. Location was great as it was the north end of Seaside, but far enough north that driving to Gearheart was a short trip! Very relaxing and the girls loved sharing a room where they could watch tv together!

Great spot

The house was an excellent new years get away for our family and a couple friends. We lived cooking in the spacious cooking and soaking in the tub. Lots of excellent common spaces and the bedrooms worked well. There were some issues with the gas alarm and the managers were super responsive even on NYE.
