Very convenient and comfortable spot for a quick trip to the coast for our family of 4. Everything you need is walking distance including the beach and the condo was clean and pool was great for the kids.

I had another host cancel on me last minute and this booking was just as good if not better than our original reservation. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and great views. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was fantastic and kept us very cool. The living room sofa & chair were extremely comfortable. The pool area was very nice and the water was crystal clear. Having a dedicated, reserved parking spot was an added bonus. Highly recommended and will be back when we return to Corpus Christi!

The property was just as advertised a block from the beach close to shops. It is a second floor walk up. I had a question about the WiFi password that was spelled wrong and was answered by the host very timely. Me and the wife stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed it very much.

This place was wonderful. The decor was cozy and looked like just the pictures. There is also a washing machine and dryer in unit.The balcony faces a pond and a road, making a nice view. It was still very quiet. If you look to the right from the balcony, you can see the Gulf. It was a short 6 minute walk or 1 minute drive to the beach. The complex has a nice pool and hot tub that we enjoyed. It was dog friendly and we saw several other guests traveling with their pets. The host was friendly and very responsive. I would recommend this place to a friend and I would stay here again.

The only complaint we have has nothing to do with the room but the “grass” on the property. It was full of stickers and we had a hard time finding a good place to take our dog to potty. There were stickers everywhere! In our shoes, in the towels (one or two transferred onto the towels in the room. Bound to happen when there are so many!! Not the fault of the cleaner AT ALL!!) and now in the floor mats of our vehicle. Other than that, it was wonderful! I appreciated the fan that stayed on the bathroom. It kept the moisture down!
