The Best Place on Earth

We have been coming to the dunes as a family for over 40 years. We have seen the changes to the beach and Phil’s as well as many of the units for rent. We actually had two units this year as extended family members tagged along. We were in this unit when the master bedroom was upstairs. The change is nice and has been done in several other units as well. Maintenance was ok but hopefully will not fall behind. The beach is still the best place on earth. Enjoy

Three Family Vacation

Facilities were clean and as shown in photos.Selected for location which was fabulous because of ease of walking to beach. Amenities were good except some utensils and equipment in kitchen. Ice maker needed attention. 2 bedrooms share bathroom and are separated by folding partition, not best privacy. But family was enthused and wants to return,

Ocean Views and beach combing at its best!

A Ho-Hum exterior that opened up to a beautiful unit and gorgeous views. Although windows were very spotted and dirty! Great kitchen space and plenty of comfortable furniture array the upstairs while bedrooms are downstairs. Master bedroom and bath are great, the other downstairs rooms are separated by an accordion door so privacy is limited. However, probably great for young families. Overall an excellent experience and we would rent it again!
