The master bedroom features a king bed, private bathroom and ocean views. The guest bedrooms are very roomy and offer views of the Pajaro Valley, river, and the famous last mile of the Watsonville Slough. There is a queen in one room and two twins in the other.
The livingroom features an ocean front balcony with direct access to the beach boardwalk. The fully equipped kitchen opens into the dining and livingroom area letting everyone enjoy the ocean atmosphere and fabulous ocean views.
This split level condo is right on the water and one thing is for sure this hidden gem feels very far removed from the hassles and routines of everyday life!
Please note: There is no barbecue in this unit. They are not allowed in the Pelican Point condos.
