This resort and Gatlinburg have lots to offer including 3 pools, firepits, pool table, game room, and a mini golf course.

The units in MountainLoft Resort in Gatlinburg Tenn. is the perfect location in the Smokey Mts. Ideal for a large family, multiple families, gatherings with friends or anyone who likes having extra space. Driving into MountainLoft, you feel as though you’re entering the nearby Smoky Mountains National Park. From an elevation of 2,200 feet, the clubhouse and vacation homes afford sweeping views of the mountainside. Catch a glimpse of deer or a black bear from your balcony or patio. Warm up after a day on the slopes in front of the fireplace. If you prefer the crisp outdoor air, you can relax in any of the resort's hot tubs, three heated pools or the sauna.

WiFi was out the entire stay, hot tub did not work and the photos in the description were not of the chalet we got. All the photos appeared to be of the main house where you check in.

Volleyball Weekend

This condo was great for our volleyball tournament weekend. It was minutes from the Rocky Top Sports Complex! It suited our needs with ample space. The unit was very clean. We enjoyed the food truck for breakfast and then a fun game of putt putt. The pools and clubhouse were very nice. The clubhouse had many activities to choose from. The best part was it was very easy to get to without going up a steep, curvy mountain! Definitely would recommend.

Amazing property!

This property was absolutely perfect! The location could not be beat. It's right outside of Gatlinburg just far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. It's also an easy drive over to Pigeon Forge. We stayed in a three bedroom chalet that was nestled in amongst the trees and the resort was very peaceful. No noise or nonsense . I was very impressed with the size of the chalet . We had plenty of room and the kids had their own space upstairs in the loft. When I reserved the chalet with Lisa, she was easy to work with and very knowledgeable with the area and had great recommendations. If we go back to Gatlinburg, we will definitely contact Lisa again.

Bait and Switch

Bait and Switch don’t get downgraded. Booked a Chalet home was told to change rooms and went to a dirty Apartment. Big Fail, beds dirty, trash, and somehow big Stink Bug problem in the Apartment complex adds to the aroma

The room move was clearly explained before you booked in order to accommodate the dates you requested. I wish you let me know that the room was in poor condition when I checked in with you. I would have had the resort rectify the problem immediately. As the other five star reviews state, I'm very responsive and take pride in guest satisfaction.
