We had an absolutely wonderful family reunion at the Lodge! With 34 people in our group, there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the property. The property is truly amazing, with a beautiful pond perfect for swimming and kayaking. We played volleyball on the court, kickball on the field, and even enjoyed hiking, riding minibikes and scooters, and playing pickleball. There was something for everyone to enjoy, and the property provided the perfect setting for spending quality time together. It was so refreshing to be surrounded by nature, and the scenery was absolutely stunning. We made so many wonderful memories and would highly recommend the Lodge for a family gathering!
This cabin is located on a beautiful property. The cabin is well kept and perfect for groups. Although it sleep 60 the living areas are more suited for 30-40 people if you plan to do a lot indoors.
We loved our stay. The children had a blast playing outside. The campfire experience was the best. The owners were excellent hosts. We'd definitely visit again.
Four generations of our family enjoyed the property. Four wheelers, golfing, fishing, etc. The space worked out well for our 35 people ranging in age from 0-75 years old. The bunk beds and needing to bring our own bedding and towels were the only things we would have changed. Overall, we had a great time and made lots of great memories. Thanks so much! It’s a beautiful property.
The lodge had a large area for gathering for evening games, and tables for eating and cards. We saw wildlife; a mama bear and her cubs who liked to come to visit the property in the evenings. ( easy viewing from the upper deck). we enjoyed the golf course . it is very scenic, but bring plenty of balls, as it is a narrow course! The greens are impeccably kept. The kids liked the pond and caught many salamanders over and over again. there was room to play outdoors a lot if the weather would have allowed, but the two ping pong tables came in handy on those days. The family loved their time there. Two things to note. Bring cash for all of the extras, as the owner does not except MCP/VISA for the golf or cart rentals. etc.... Second, note that all of the bedrooms are bunk beds, not separate queens and plan accordingly . We had an issue with a stove ignitor and the owners were receptive and came to fix immediately.
A bunch of my friends from around PA joined up for a weekend, ended up snowing and made the lodge 10x cooler. Had an amazing time, definitely would like to return.
The property is a paradise. There is so much to do on such a beautiful piece of land, it’s almost overwhelming. The owners were great as well and extremely organized and dedicated to their customer- they even mowed the golf courses again at 7 am just to make sure it was perfect before my group started playing. I cannot recommend this place enough! Also, cute little town nearby with everything you need (big Walmart in town). Rent this place, you won’t regret it!
Excellent property for the many adults and children. The pond was the biggest hit, but the lodge had two comfortable, large rooms that accommodated eating, games and conversations. Because of the variety of families and singles, the configuration of the rooms was a challenge, but we found a way to make it work. Three years with 30+ on vacation and this was unanimously the best!
