Perfect location

The place was clean, easy to find and check in. A perfect spot, close to shops. The place has incredible views of the Gulf. We had a wonderful stay, highly recommend!

Great little getaway

Wonderful little place that was clean and great view of the water! We saw the dolphins each day out the balcony and heard the waves crashing on the rocks!

Great Location! Quiet with Beautiful View.

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. The host communicated on a regular basis to be sure we had what we needed. Very comfy bed. Close to shops and restaurants.

Stairways need to be wider. Furniture needs to be cleaned!!!!! Can’t sleep due to the furnace being extremely loud!!!! Had a great time as long as we were not in the unit!

Cedar Key

Nice condo had everything we needed, great location. Cedar Key is still rebuilding but most everything was up and running. I would recommend a visit to Cedar Key and our stay in this condo was very enjoyable.

Wonderful Stay in Cedar Key.

True to pictures on Management site. Great location and views. This was our first visit and already planning a return. Easy to work with and Customer oriented. Park your car and rent a golf cart for your stay!

Great getaway!!

Close to downtown-we walked everywhere!!! Rented a golf cart one afternoon and went around the area! Wish we could have seen the sunrises or sunsets from our place but other than that it was as great!!!

Best spring break ever

Cedar Key is a friendly, sleepy little fishing town with great nature views, friendly locals , history and great food. The condo we rented was well stocked, clean, decorated wonderfully and well stocked. We will be back

Dolphins daily

Great seafood, great town, great place! and a great view. We watched dolphins feeding up and down the channel every day, along with lots of other wildlife plus the beautiful scene of the ocean, sky, and the lush island in the distance. Very relaxing!

Perfect location

Short but fabulous stay. The location couldn't have been better for us and the views are spectacular. Clean and comfy place except for the pillows so you may want to bring your own if your not into extra firm. Good communication and enjoyed the bonus of having board games. Well stocked home.

Your feedback is important, and I appreciate you bringing all of these concerns to my attention. I understand how disappointing and frustrating these issues must have been, especially after looking forward to a relaxing visit. I apologize again for the shower chair issue and for any safety concerns you encountered. The dust, sliding doors, stairway light, and maintenance items you mentioned are all being addressed with the highest priority. Thank you for pointing out the challenges with the screens, the television, and the Wi-Fi as well — these should have been checked before your arrival, and I regret that they were not. I’m glad the views and beds were comfortable, but I’m very sorry that the overall stay did not meet your expectations. While I understand your decision, I truly appreciate your feedback and the opportunity it gives me to improve. If you ever reconsider in the future, I would welcome the chance to provide a much better experience.

Views for days

The view off of both balconies was fantastic. We had no idea Cedar Key was home to about 500 dolphins or that we would get to see them very active right off of our balcony. I couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing, peaceful trip. Everything was walking distance, and we would absolutely stay here again.

The condo was lovely and had everything we needed. There were two balconies where I saw dolphins every day. My bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The kitchen had a dishwasher which was nice. They had many spices to use. We were right by the beach. I felt safe every day and the community was kind and welcoming. I highly recommend
