Located right in the center of Baytowne Wharf Village, you are a short walk away from great restaurants, kids activities, live music, bars, shopping, golf, and more. From the 6th floor balcony, our Grand Sandestin one bedroom condo offers breathtaking expansive views of the Sandestin Resort.

Decorated in soothing designer colors and updated floors with a coastal feel, our Grand Sandestin condo has a bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom with shower/tub, and open concept full size kitchen with all new full size stainless steel appliances, dining area and living room with a sleeper sofa.

We've equipped the bathrooms with new fluffy white towels and high end eco-friendly toiletries. All mattresses are fully encased in bed bug proof covers.

In addition to a coffee maker, blender and toaster, the kitchen has all the basics you need to whip up family favorite recipes or a romantic dinner on the balcony. The living room is a great place to entertain with comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV. The balcony is a perfect spot to watch the sunrise over a cup a coffee or watch it set with a glass of wine.

Wonderful Stay

We loved staying at this condo. It was clean and smelled good too. The air condition went out in the building on our last day there. The owner was very accommodating and communicated well with us. We were able to get a refund for the last night. Overall, our stay was perfect. The amenities of the building were great as well. We will definitely be coming back to Baytowne!
