Space was great for us as 3 couples. We all had space and bathrooms and could hang out together in the living room, kitchen or on the rooftop terrace. Valentina was great to communicate with and we’d highly recommend it.

We loved our stay! Communication prior to the stay was excellent. We were given an excellent rundown on transportation in the area as well as nearby markets and restaurants. The apartment was so spacious and comfortable and the air conditioning was wonderful. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

The home was perfectly described. The hosts were most kind allowed us to drop our bags prior to check in so we could enjoy the city as we had arrived in the city mid morning. They also gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants. The property was perfect for our family. Easy to walk to everything.

Will continue to use this property every time we come to Venice! The communication, locating the property and welcoming was perfect. We arrived at 9 AM and were able to drop off our suitcases before check in time and off we went. The property is located right in the middle of everything and is very clean, comfortable and complete. My wife and I are 77 and 80 years old but the walk up the stairs was doable but it should be considered if stairs are an issue for you. No elevator but we weren’t expecting one. Stay here, you will love it.

Great stay. House was awesome … very big. Lots of room. Comfortable beds. We didn’t cook but had lots of coffee options. The communication was great. Met us at the boat. Took us to the unit and showed us everything. Such a great location… easy to walk to everything.
