Beautiful apartment located in a great neighborhood. We were able to walk to all things on Pearl St. My husband and daughter ran the Boulderthon Half marathon and our location couldn’t have been better. Easy jog to the race start and didn’t have to wake up too early on race day as the start was a quick 5 minute jog! Kitchen was well stocked.
Well decorated upstairs apartment with great outdoor light, comfortable beds, and a well-stocked kitchen. The location is amazing! It is 3 blocks to the best coffee and pastry store in Boulder (Boxcar), 6 blocks to a very nice outdoor pool with lap lanes and a swimming area, and a short climb up 19th St to amazing mountain views! We really like this rental and will be back.
Very warm and inviting home. Exactly what we needed for our CU Parents Weekend.

Paula was wonderful to host. Her plans changed after she booked and she was very understanding and respectful of our booking guidelines. She left our home in great condition which was most appreciated. We would love to host her again anytime she returns to Boulder.
One of our favorite rental experiences! Susan was a wonderful host and has thought of everything to make a visit great. I can't say enough good things about her and her home. Definitely exceeded expectations. We look forward to coming back. Thank you!

Thank you so much for the wonderful review Margaret. I can only share the same compliments about you. You & Hugh are delightful folks and we’d love to have you stay in our home when you return to Boulder! Kind regards. We appreciate your interest in our Boulder home 🙏 Thank you.
Very nice 3BR, 1 bath unit. Looks recently built/renovated and the finish work is lovely. It’s a short few block walk to Pearl St and the stores/restaurants there. I guess it’s worth noting that you need to climb a pretty long flight of stairs up to the unit…some folks might not be able to handle this especially with luggage. Loved our stay!
The 3 bedroom unit on the top floor was in perfect condition, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. AC was a huge plus during the hot weather. I’ll be back!

Matt - thank you for your compliments. We would be happy to host you next time you return to Boulder. Thank you for choosing our home and leaving it the way you found it. Much appreciated.
So many great aspects to this rental, that it is hard to know where to begin. The property sits in a lovely, quiet residential neighborhood. Close enough to Pearl Street to walk to shops and restaurants. Also about a mile away from the CU campus. Susan, the host, manages being attentive and helpful without being intrusive. The rental is well appointed both inside and out. This was ideal for our multi-generational family and I will recommend to my friends.

great house, but cannot recommend
The home was great. Recently refurbished with a lot of attention to detail, a big thumbs up to the owner, and or interior decorator and contractor for a job well done. Location was good as well. My reason for not recommending is that I think because of all the work and money put into the home I was never allowed to feel comfortable. Instead of feeling like a guest who payed to rent a home, I felt more like I had been hired take care of the home . Copious amounts of notes involved detailing even which pillows to use and not to use. My wife was scolded for picking up the wrong key upon arrival, through a not very pleasant text message which is the owners preferred method of communication. While I understand the owner wanting to keep her investment looking good, I think she needs to understand that she is renting her home to people who are on vacation and not hiring them as employees to keep care of her home. If she is not comfortable with that , she needs to just find another way to make extra income. I don't think my 70 year old in laws would be tearing up the place too much. It's not we were a touring rock band. Only rent if you realize what you are dealing with. I just blocked it all out so as not to ruin my time in Colorado, but I am sure others might have a difficult time doing that.
The property was very nicely appointed, Susan was a great communicator and the location is very quiet, yet very convenient! We walked to Pearl St and the University of Colorado for the football game. Super easy to get to hiking trails and then back to a quiet retreat. We hope to stay again!
Beautiful home and garden. Recently remodeled by the look of it. Quiet, charming, in a lovely neighborhood just a few blocks from Pearl Street downtown. Host was wonderful. Loved our stay.
We had a wonderful stay at this comfortable, well appointed property. The location was ideal for walking to pearl street. I particularly likes the great water pressure in the shower!

🙋🏻♀️Appreciate your compliments Megan. Please don't hesitate to look us up should you return to Boulder. Our door is always open😉
This property is ideal for strolling into Pearl Street for a coffee, dinner, shopping. Or head west and enjoy a hike in the nearby mountains with views of town. And such a pretty home. We will definitely be back.
This is the second time my wife and I have stayed here. It’s the upper part of a house with its own access. On a quiet street but within walking distance to Pearl. Nicely furnished, good kitchen, full of light, views of the flatirons. A relaxing place to stay.
We had the most wonderful time at this well appointed rental. Susan was so gracious! We will definitely be back.

We love the outdoors. Living in Boulder has many wonderful opportunities to hike locally and provides many bike paths around town and trails very nearby around the foothills. We also enjoy dancing NIA at the local centers where there is a wide variety of classes offered. Skiing is a big part of our lives and the Colorado mountains are in close proximity to Boulder where day trips are a plus.
Why they chose this property
Boulder is within driving distance to many popular ski areas, as Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, KeyStone, Copper Mountain, Winter Park & Aspen. “The Hill District” at the University of Colorado is a happening area where you can get a taste of the lively nightlife and sample Boulder’s locally-brewed beer. Just jump on ‘hop’ for an 8-minute bus ride. Boulder is very green with firm recycling programs. Drop by “The Kitchen”, an Eco-Friendly restaurant or choose one of several organic restaurants. You’ll find cars fueled with bio-diesel, wind powered shops and solar powered Wi-Fi 35 minutes from downtown Denver yet remote in the foothills, keeps Boulder from getting too crowded with tourists. Take in the stunning views from Chautauqua Park, located at the foot of Boulder’s mountains. The Colorado Chautauqua was named a National Historic Landmark & hosts film series, music festivals, art exhibits, nature hikes & concert performances. You may “hop” on the local buses, and get to an area of your choice easily, as the buses run every few minutes. Boulder has 43,000 acres of open space … find yourself on a simple “stroll” around town. You can watch a play under the stars at the Colorado Shakespeare Festival right here in Boulder. Also enjoy a free outdoor music concert and visit the many galleries … rated one of the best art towns in the country. All in all, highlighting just a few, Boulder tops the lists for its recreation, culture, health, business climate and overall ‘quality of life”. There’s much much more.
