Interior: The house has 100 m2 in 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom with shower, kitchen with fireplace.
The house is equipped with air conditioning, TV, kitchen, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, washing machine, toaster, kettle.

Outside: 30m2 terrace with barbecue. Courtyard of 100 m2 with parking. Laundry and shower.

The house is located on a beautiful white sandy beach with natural dunes and miles of beach to enjoy, outside the tourist areas, between Denia and Oliva.
Denia is about 15 km () .Gandia can also be reached within half an hour.
Larger cities such as Benidorm and Valencia can be reached in about an hour.
In the surroundings of the house there are shops and restaurants, some restaurants are only open in summer. The baker comes in the summer, on the doorstep.
The road will be mainly used by the citizens of Pego who spend their summer on the beach.
Enjoy a stroll through the port of Dénia, its restaurants and hip beaches on the promenade at sunset. Also interesting is the fishing boats and their fish auction in La Lonja.

Hiking, mountain bike or road bike in Pego and les Valls offers endless possibilities: The Marsh (La Marjal) of Pego, Ebo, Adsubia, Parcent ... etc.

La casa es ideal por ubicación, al lado de la playa y una zona muy tranquila porque no hay ningún bar, es una zona familiar para descansar. La casa es muy confortable, muy limpia y tiene de todos los utensilios de menaje para cocinar. Por poner algo negativo, le falta un lavavajillas. La Dueña (Sonia) muy atenta y pendiente en todo momento de nosotros, tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado y lo gestiono en el mismo día. Si Dios quiere repetiremos otra vez

La casa está genial, a escasos 2 minutos caminando de la playa. La casa muy completa, súper bonita con muy buen gusto (baños recién reformados) y con todo lo necesario en la cocina, habitaciones y salón… el jardíncito y el porche perfectos. Y la comunicación con Sonia sin ningún problema.

Attention au parking

Maisonnette propre, et très proche de la plage, mais attention si vous avez un long véhicule, les voisins ne rentrent pas leurs voitures et se garent en face de l'entrée, vous ne pourrez ni entrer ni sortir votre véhicule de la maison. Et ce sera tout un drame pour qu'ils déplacent leurs véhicules. Clean house, and very close to the beach, but be careful if you have a long vehicle, the neighbors do not enter their cars and park in front of the entrance, you will not be able to enter or leave your vehicle from the house. And it will be quite a tragedy for them to move their vehicles. Sauberes Haus und sehr nah am Strand, aber seien Sie vorsichtig, wenn Sie ein langes Fahrzeug haben, die Nachbarn betreten ihre Autos nicht und parken vor dem Eingang, Sie können Ihr Fahrzeug nicht vom Haus aus betreten oder verlassen. Und es wird eine ziemliche Tragödie für sie sein, ihre Fahrzeuge zu bewegen.

Maison fonctionnelle , très propre et à côté de la plage . Les lits étaient faits à notre arrivée ( après 11h de route c’est très appréciable ) Située à environ 20 minutes de Dénia A proximité de beaux villages tels que Guadalest , Altea….. Propriétaires réactifs et très sympathiques Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances avec nos enfants et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir Merci beaucoup!!!!

Situation exceptionnelle avec plage de dunes et eau magnifique

Très fonctionnelle et propre. La climatisation du salon est suffisante pour les chambres...le Wi-Fi est bon avec Netflix pour les adolescents . Au calme..supermarchés à 10 minutes...belles randonnées autour...superbes vacances ! Merci Sonia

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - vielen Dank :)

Wir waren mit den Kids (3 und 5) im Juni 2021 in Sonia's Ferienhaus. Der Aufenthalt war wunderschön. Die Nähe zum Strand ist unschlagbar. Der Strand selbst ist wie für Kinder gemacht, eine sehr lange Strecke Wasser nur bis zu den Knien, und nur ganz langsam abfallend, dazu einladend warm. Wir waren überrascht, daß der Strand morgens sogar mit einem Fahrzeug abgezogen wurde. Die Unterkunft war sehr einladend und sauber, dazu überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet und liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Nachbarschaft. Selbst ein Zauberstab (für die Aioli) war vorhanden. Ein sauberes Bad, ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Kinderzimmer, ein großes Schlafzimmer für die Eltern, gute Matratzen und viele Dinge, die wir im Auto hätten gar nicht herfahren müssen. Es ist ein Ferienhaus mit Charme am Meer, das jeder gerne hätte. Durch die Nähe zu Valencia (Ozeanarium, Botanischer Garten, Altstadt), Elche (Palmengarten), anderen Parks und Einkaufszentren gibt es genug Abwechselung, wenn mal eine Pause von der Sonne nötig ist. Zum Essen einkaufen ist der Lidl in El Verger schnell zu erreichen und sehr gut sortiert. Es gibt zahlreiche nette Restaurants in der Nähe und den Nachbarorten. Op het strand

Deze woning ligt bijna op het strand. Het huis is superschoon, de bedden zijn voor Spaanse begrippen erg goed en het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. In de buurt zijn een aantal goede, spotgoedkope restaurantjes en er zit een goede kitesurfschool in de buurt. Een aanrader dit huisje! Sonia was heel snel en vriendelijk in de communicatie.

Casa a 20 metros de la playa, muy cómoda en una planta. Perfecta para ir con niños

Estas en apenas 1 minuto en una magnífica playa, tiene un buen patio y una zona con porche muy buena para hacer paellas y comer. La casa en una planta es muy cómoda para ir con niños. Los propietarios muy amables y atentos. Sin duda un sitio para repetir.
