VPerfect for two couples, friends or small families!
Experience the convenience of being right in DT Bar Harbor in a quiet residential area. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. A big deal during peak season as parking is always full and not free!
Nice indoor and outdoor hangout areas. We love the outdoor hangout space and proximity to the athletic field behind the house, uncommon in Bar Harbor.

This is a 3 bedroom 2 full bath home. There are two Master Bedrooms. The first floor Master bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe closet, 58 inch Smart TV with complimentary Netflix, washer & dryer, and a sliding door to access the 12x12 feet deck with patio furniture. The first floor bathroom has a tub-shower combo, toilet and single vanity sink with touch screen mirror. The second floor Master Bedroom features a king-size bed, sectional sofa, small wardrobe closet, 75 inch smart TV with complimentary Netflix, 12x8 feet balcony with patio furniture. The third bedroom on the second floor features a single queen-sized bed, closet, swivel chair, and small office table and chair. The second floor full bath features a small tiled walk-in shower, toilet, and single vanity sink with touch screen mirror. All bedrooms, Kitchen, and Dining area have AC in the summer and heat in the winter through the heat pump cooling and heating system. Additional heating as a back up is through electric baseboard heat.

This property can conveniently park 3 small vehicles in tandem or 2 large vehicles in tandem. Parking area is illuminated with motion sensor outdoor wall lamps.

This house was designed with guests’ comfort in mind. There are many spaces to spread around the house- a deck on the first floor, balcony, a good size back yard (for Bar Harbor standard as space is a huge issue) with fire pit area. The backyard is right next to the town athletic field. The places aforementioned are perfect for lounging anytime during the day or evenings or for conversations/downtime between your adventures.

There is an outdoor propane BBQ grill for your cooking delight. There are three large garbage disposal bins- two for regular trash and the third one for recyclable cans and bottles.

Enjoy the two smart TV's located in the two master bedrooms.

The dining area offers a dining table with seating for 4 and 2 from the peninsula granite kitchen counter top.

The kitchen has a granite counter top, and is equipped to cook a full basic meal. We also provide lobster pot and crackers.

The house is four seasons with centralized heating system using electric baseboard heater and four heat pumps which provides heating in the winter and cooling in the summer.


We provide freshly laundered beddings, linens, and towels. We have a small office table and chair for remote working.

The outdoor patio furniture will not be available from November to April. The propane grill however can be available on demand during the cold months. Please let the host know.

If you have muddied & sand filled outfit, clean it first before placing in the washer. On the right side of the house is a water faucet.

Arrived and home was very well appointed and clean. Great back yard area and only a few blocks from town. Private parking was great considering it costs to park just about anywhere in Bar Harbor. We enjoyed our stay and the house was perfect.

Nice location and comfortable home

This house was perfect for our 3-generation family during our visit to Bar Harbor to see Acadia National Park. A short walk to downtown and all the restaurants and shopping you'll need, and also a short drive into Acadia. Everything was very clean, nicely decorated and relaxing at the end of a long day exploring. We especially enjoyed the backyard and fire pit.

Small but cozy and quiet rental in a residential location not far from main street amenities if you don't mind a five to ten minute walk - close to shore path also which is quite scenic...smart TV with Netflix and others was a big plus too...exactly as advertised, would use again..

Amazing location, easy walking distance to downtown Bar Harbor, so close to Acadia you are on the edge of the park. Host provided excellent suggestions and was unbelievably responsive. Also was a surprise that this was within one block of a YMCA with a pool, gym etc for a rainy day or for our teen boys who wanted to work out. We saw some amazing sights, bagged some peaks and came back in the evenings to a relaxing home!

Close to everything!

This was a perfect home for our stay in Bar Harbor - close to both the city and Acadia, and spacious for our family. Our hosts sent such helpful information, we could’ve come to town with no research at all and been fully prepared, plus they sent more specific tips when we had subpar weather! They thoughtfully left snacks and drinks for us, it was truly like staying with friends.

Clean & Comfy Spot in Bar Harbor

We had a very nice stay. The home was comfortable and clean. It looks just as advertised. The hosts were very helpful. Check in was easy. Home was newly renovated. The owners paid attention to all the details from soft towels to laundry soap. The location was excellent - just far enough away from town center to be private and close enough to walk to downtown in 5 minutes. Thank you so much for such an awesome visit to the Maine Coast.

We were very happy with this home and it was perfect for our family of four. The owners clearly pay attention to all of the details like soft towels, good mattresses, and comfortable outdoor seating. The house was also extremely clean when we arrived. The owners provided great recommendations for food and fun. The location is also fabulous- just a 10 minute walk to Bar Harbor and a 5-10 minute drive to the park entrance depending on which one you go to. We hope to be back again! Thank you!!

Not our primary profession but we have a passion for hosting. Mercedes is the “interior designer”. Robard is the “layout artist”. We work as one along with our cleaning crew, carpenters, plumbers, and electrician to provide beautiful & comfortable places to delight our guests!

This property in located in a quite neighborhood in DT Bar Harbor. Located right next to the Bar Harbor Athletic & Recreational Facility with tennis and pickle ball courts, soccer field, baseball field, skatepark, and basketball courts. Just a few minutes walk to the YMCA and a few blocks walk to the restaurants and shops.

What makes this property unique

It is hard to find a property that has a good size backyard in downtown Bar Harbor. This property has a good size fenced back yard that has outdoor furniture and grill. The tennis and pickle ball courts is just behind the house.
