Come enjoy a week at Rehoboth Beach! Just steps to the boardwalk and beach. No need to drive once you are here. Restaurants, shops and funland are all within walking distance from One Virginia.

Enjoy the Ocean Views from this Studio! This unit was recently updated with new furnishings. Unit is located on the 7th Floor on the North Side of the building. Unit offers an open kitchen, regular coffeemaker, a walk in shower, a Queen bed, a Queen sleeper sofa and a dividing wall between the main bed and living area. Building offers a pool with views of the Ocean. Bathroom has a walk in shower. There is also a storage unit for all your beach gear.

This unit is not pet friendly. Saturday-Saturday rentals only during season. Renters are responsible to supply their own bed linens, towels and paper products.

Check in is between 2 and 5pm. Check out is 10am Sharp! This unit comes with 1 covered parking spot in the garage. If you need more parking, you can purchase a Rehoboth Beach town permit to park in any of the non-metered spots.

Building offers free wifi, shared coined laundry.

Building turns the AC on May 15th and turns it off Oct. 15th.

Shady side of One Virginia

Spacious with nice ocean view. Very convenient to everything. Parking is a real plus. The TV stopped working on the last day.

Nice space for two, great location,spectacular view of the ocean and all around a pretty good choice. The condo was clean and provides all the necessities. Water pressure in the shower could have been better. I recommend.

Great condo! Great location! Very clean and wonderful views!! The only downside is the water pressure in the shower which I believe is a building issue but otherwise perfect!!
