Great Location Perfect in Every Way

Our work group stayed here while attending a trade show, and it was perfect! The place was spotless, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The charming sound of coqui frogs at night added a magical touch to the experience. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Great Location & Cozy Home Feel!

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The home itself was well-equipped, and had such a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home. The little touches a well-stocked kitchen, and thoughtful decor, really made a difference. It was the perfect spot for our family, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Brief stay prior to departing the Big Island. Great location for those looking to visit the Kona area. Nicely appointed property with all the amenities we needed. Nice lanai with sunset views and large back lanai for relaxing. Easy check-in and communication with host. Would stay again if we return to the Big Island!

Terrific Stay

A wonderful and recommended stay. House has a great layout, with a lanai in front and deck out back. Location is very nice, and easy to get to many places. Quiet location also. Its clear the house has been well used, and a bit of light maintenance would be beneficial (paint, cupboard hinges, dryer noisy). No deal breakers at all however, and would recommend.

Lovely Stay!

Really lovely apartment, extremely well-stocked. Nice view out to the ocean. Would be great for families or two couples (although note that one queen bed and one king with en suite). Make sure you are ok with stairs. You might want a car, or plan to use uber (short, inexpensive drive). Evenings were cool and comfortable, but appreciated that had option for AC in the bedrooms. Owner is extremely responsive and very helpful!

So Comfortable!

A great place to spend a few days in Kona. Very clean, well furnished and equipped, nicely located so you can easily reach all the areas of interest on this side of the island. Pictures are accurate, but don’t do justice to the privacy and distant ocean views from the front porch.
