for the "beautiful days", large garden with 2 deckchairs and coffee table, 1 table + 2 chairs for eating outside and parasol;
for the mid-season, use of the wood stove in the kitchen allowed (wood provided)
THE PLUS: for fishermen, free access allowed to 1 nearby pond (5 kms) for the duration of the stay;
