A peaceful, rustic retreat near Taos, Taos Ski Valley (10 min), and the artsy village of Arroyo Seco. Hiking, skiing, shopping, and rafting are minutes away. Upstairs: two queen bedrooms with en suite full baths, electric fireplaces, and a balcony to enjoy the view. Downstairs: chef’s kitchen, living room with queen sleeper sofa and small vinyl collection, full bath, and open area to relax and grill. Mountain setting with softer, ambient lighting. AWD/4WD recommended year-round.

We had a pleasant stay in this comfortable townhome that worked well for our group of travelers. While we have been to Taos many times, it was our first time to stay outside of Taos. The location was not far to the El Prado part of Taos, where we are partial to some restaurants, especially Orlandos. The deck out front had a nice view and was pleasant for sketching and reading.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo that felt tucked away, but also convenient! Everything was clean, well furnished, and the kitchen was very well equipped. Each of our two kids had separate sleeping areas and their own bathrooms, which is always best. The fans provided definitely helped with the one warmer evening we had. We enjoyed waking up in the morning to the fresh, cool air pouring in the windows. Absolutely no complaints!

The property is in a great community that is in close proximity to Arroyo Seco and a short drive to Taos proper. We wanted to be closer to the Taos Ski Valley but not completely isolated in the mountains. The amenities in this condo are incredible. Practically every cooking pan and utensil you can think of is on hand. The record player and record collection was thoughtfully curated for all tastes. Would definitely book this home again in any season.

We had a wonderful time with the family of four during Spring Break. This place is fantastic for its close proximity to the Taos Ski Valley. It is an ideal setup with bathrooms for each room and an additional bathroom connected to the living space and open kitchen. The entire condo was very clean which we value a lot. The kitchen has everything you need if you like to cook meals for breakfast and dinner. We can’t think of anything that was missing. Looking forward to staying here again. The hosts have been very accommodating and super responsive. Thanks a lot!

The location to Taos Valley, the Enchanted Loop with the Red River Fishery and Eagles Nest Lake was just perfect from the Magpie’s Nest. The mountain view from the deck was outstanding and so were all the accommodations. The short drive to Taos Plaza and local cuisine was super. Would definitely book again!

Great Taos getaway place!

My husband and I stayed for a few days on an anniversary trip. The venue was very comfortable, lots of extras included. The communication from the owner was excellent and friendly. Definitely would stay again!
