La Perla - Bungalowanlage DIRECTLY by the sea

This private, charming complex in which the bungalow is located on a rock overlooking the sea. Away from the hustle and bustle of pubs and shopping malls you can relax on the property - in the first row - (no road and no road between the sea and the property - we are by the sea!) with tropical garden (bougainvillea, palm trees, hibiscus, cactus, etc.) with the sound of the sea, but without car noise, perfect rest.
In the kitchen (stove-4 plates, coffee press, kettle, fridge, etc.) you can prepare (with sea view) the food and also take the meal, with pleasure.
In the living area we offer a TV with German channels (receiver for satellite, over 100 channels).
There is a free safe.
The terrace with sea views offers two sun loungers with cushions, 3-4 chairs, table, umbrella and tumble dryer.
A tropical plant bed borders the garden area.
Washer and dryer with coins that you can buy in the reception.
Wi-Fi internet for a fee.

The bungalow itself is a non-smoking bungalow, smoking is allowed on the terrace.

Regulars have been coming back year after year for over 20 years.

Super Unterkunft, genau wie in der Beschreibung

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Wir konnten die Insel mit dem Auto sehr gut erkunden. Der Abschluss war der Karnavalumzug in Las Palmas. Total verrückt.

Toller Urlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Bungalow-Anlage La Perla. Die Anlage wirkt sehr gepflegt, auch wenn einige der Bungalows wohl gerade renoviert werden (müssen). Die Eigentümer und das Personal vor Ort sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. An unserem Bungalow gab es nichts auszusetzen, außer dem Doppelbett im Elternschlafzimmer. Mit nur 140 cm Breite ist es doch recht schmal. Der Blick von der zugehörigen Terasse auf den Ozean ist dafür wirklich beeindruckend und auch der Pool hat vor allem unseren Kindern sehr gefallen. Allerdings waren wir zu Beginn der Urlaubssaison dort und hatten ihn die meiste Zeit fast für uns allein. Der direkte Zugang zum Strand kam ebenfalls sehr gut an und der schwarze Sand hat von uns niemanden gestört. Brötchen gab es auch um die Ecke, nur die Parkplatzsituation ist schwierig und in der Hochsaison dürfte es problematisch sein, einen "legalen" Parkplatz zu finden. Das ist aber notwendig, weil die Gebühren für Falschparken exorbitant sind, wie wir erfahren mussten. Ansonsten ist die Lage der Bungalowanlage ideal. Mit dem Mietwagen kommt man in kurzer Zeit überall hin und kann die vielseitige und sehr abwechslungsreiche Insel entdecken. Hinzu kommt das stabile Sommerwetter mit angenehmen Temperaturen bis max. 30 Grad. Wir waren sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal dort und würden uns sofort wieder für La Perla entscheiden.

Herzlichen Dank für die positive Rückmeldung! Es freut uns sehr, dass Sie und Ihre Familie eine so gute Zeit hatten in La Perla. Ja, 1,50m sind eine typische Breite für ein Ehebett in Spanien :-) Das ist man im ersten Moment nicht gewohnt. Sie haben Recht, man sollte unbedingt auf einen richtigen Parkplatz achten. Wenn man bei uns ‘in der Mitte der Straße’ steht (auch wenn die Einheimischen das gerne selbst machen), kommt die Müllabfuhr vorbei und man muss schlimmsten Falls mit dem Abschleppen rechnen. Aber es gibt in der Bucht immer einen Stellplatz zu finden, spätestens unten hinter der Bushaltestelle auf dem Kiesplatz. Kein Weg ist zum Glück weiter als 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Danke Ihnen hier nochmals für den Tipp! Wir würden uns sehr freuen, Sie in Zukunft wieder bei uns Willkommen heißen zu dürfen. Herzliche Grüße Jil Khan

Tranquilité ,belle vue sur la mer ,bien équipé ,les dames de la réception sont accueillantes et réactives,seuls bémols pas de climatisations dans les chambres,la température est montée pendant 4 a 5 jours a 42 degrés et problème de stationnement mais général sur un peu toute l ile.

Location idéale pour amoureux de la mer

Un appartement de taille très respectable, extrêmement calme et agréable, les pieds dans l'eau (ou presque), avec un grand séjour et deux vraies belles chambres. Super équipé, à 5 mn à pieds de 2 plages très sympas. Un séjour au calme mais proche de beaucoup de choses. Mieux vaut avoir une voiture pour visiter et se balader dans l'île, ou faire des courses dans un grand supermarché. Bref, séjour magnifique, reposant et dépaysant.

Haus in toller Aussichtslage

Das Haus liegt wunderbar auf einem Felsen direkt vorne, die Sicht aufs Meer ist grandios. Da die Vorderfront des Hauses verglast ist, hat man auch von innen einen tollen Blick. Der Pool ist innerhalb der kleinen Anlage und auch sehr schön zu nutzen. In ein paar Minuten ist man zu Fuß am nächsten größeren Strand, auch dort sind wir gerne geschwommen. Auch sind 2 kleinere Supermärkte und 3 Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen. Zum haben einen Stern abgezogen, da zum einen bedingt durch die Lage (kein Windschutz nach Osten) oft ein sehr stürmischer Wind geherrscht hat, der einen Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse vor allem nachmittags teilweise fast unmöglich gemacht hat. Zum anderen muß WLan bezahlt werden und hätte uns sogar mehr gekostet als in den Hausunterlagen angegeben. Wir haben uns dann mit einem sparsamen Gebrauch der mobilen Daten beholfen. Nach unseren sonstigen Erfahrungen müsste bei einem Objekt dieser Preisklasse WLAN eigentlich enthalten sein. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Haus trotz der kleineren Unliebsamkeiten weiterempfehlen.

Guten Tag, herzlichen Dank, dass Sie sich für diese sehr ausführliche Rückmeldung Zeit genommen haben. Es freut mich, dass Sie sich bei uns so wohl gefühlt und die Aussicht so genossen haben. So nah am Meer, da haben Sie Recht, kann es schon mal recht windig sein auf Gran Canaria. Im Winter mag man das Meer dann vielleicht lieber geschützt vom Sofa aus sehen. Oder sich ins Rondell im Garten setzen um etwas zu lesen und seine Zeit zu genießen. Im Sommer ist man um die Brise oft recht dankbar. Das WLAN stellen wir gerade um und dann sollte es demnächst, als weiterer Service, kostenlos für unsere Gäste sein. Buen Apartamento

El Apartamento algo antiguo pero está bien conservado y limpio. Las fotos se ajustan bastante a la realidad. La urbanización es muy acogedora, bien cuidada y tranquila. Ideal para familias, tenían juguetes para prestar a los más pequeños. Quizás se echa de menos mosquitera en las ventanas para poder dejar las ventanas abiertas durante la noche sin permitir la entrada de insectos. No obstante, recomiendo el apartamento.
