This modern, exclusively furnished new apartment impresses with its spaciousness, almost like a loft. A super modern, white, open lacquer fitted kitchen with counter area leaves nothing to be desired. The large open living and dining area with a direct view of the sea invites you to cozy together. Of course with direct access to the large covered terrace with direct sea views. Two bedrooms, one with dressing room and private bathroom leave nothing to be desired.
Washing machine, WiFi, TV etc. are of course a matter of course. A really great modern, huge apartment for the sophisticated demands in an exclusive LOCATION right on the beach of S 'illot. For final cleaning costs, please refer to rental prices for additional information and are not incl.

This is a great property. Very spacious and comfortable.. also in the best location. Many restaurants bars and shops within walking distance I would definitely stay here again

BETTER Than Advertised

The photos on the listing do not do this property justice. Perfect location and beautiful views. The apartment is clean and has all of the amenities that you would ever need. If you do happen to be missing something that you want, you’ll definitely be able to find it just steps away. The area is definitely quieter than other parts of the island, with an older crowd, but that’s exactly what we were looking for. Definitely recommend this property. Thank you Thomas!

Very Nice Apartment

We did 3 nights and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Great location. Beautiful view. Everything worked well. Updated kitchen, washer, dryer. Plumbing, water pressure etc was excellent. It is above a restaurant but the one bedroom has AC and there was no problem with noise . Second bedroom does not have AC Linens were nice. No problem parking. Would highly recommend.

We would not stay here again.

It was only after we had paid the deposit that the owner told us we would need to pay 120 euros for cleaning, on the day of our arrival. When we questioned this, we were issued with an ultimatum - either pay or cancel, thus losing the deposit. On the second day of our holiday, following a rain shower, we awoke to a flood in the balcony with a significant leak in the ceiling - we cleaned up the area and texted the owner, however, received no response. As the leak continued we telephoned the owner the next day, but again, no repair was carried out. This meant that we were left to mop up a couple of times each day, eventually finding a bucket to try and catch the leaks. This did not contribute to a relaxing environment and we were unable to use the balcony as much as we would have liked, which was one of the main reasons for booking the apartment. The leaks continued for 5 days of our week long stay with no response from the owner. We kept the apartment clean at all times, putting rubbish out in the bins, etc, only to be told on the day of departure, that we should have emptied the kitchen bin, which was quite small and which we did not have time to take out. The person who gave us the keys spoke very little English, thus making communication difficult. We were not provided with any information of the area. The owner would only communicate in German and when we asked for translations, these were provided in poor English, again, adding to difficulties in understanding the content.

Ich bin total entsetzt über Ihre schlechte Bewertung die einfach nicht den Tatsachen entspricht. Alle vorherigen Gäste sind zufrieden gewesen und haben diese tolle Appartement zu schätzen gewusst. Für Das Wetter und den daraus entstehenden Schäden könne wir nichts und haben kein Einfluss darauf....aber wir haben uns sofort um Handwerker bzw.fachmänische Hilfe bemüht am selben Tag des Schadens. Ich kann nur sagen Tolles Appartement nur leider mir Ihnen die falschen Gäste...

Super großzügige Wohnung in bester Lage direkt am Badestrand. Wir haben in dieser Wohnung unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genossen und nichts entbehrt. Lediglich das Internet könnte stabiler und Leistungsfähiger sein.

Superbe vue!

L’appartement est bien situé avec une magnifique vue et un beau balcon. La cuisine est superbe et très fonctionnel. L’appartement est grand, il y a une chambre avec 2 belles fenêtres mais la deuxième chambre ne possède pas vraiment de fenêtre, ce qui la rend moins attrayante. Je pense qu’il manque un peu d’entretien en général et le sofa du salon ne semblait pas très propre.

Absolute Wohlfühlwohnung

Wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist wirklich groß, dank der beiden Klimaanlagen auch luftig und sehr schön hell. Alles, was man braucht ist vorhanden und drüber hinaus, Strandliegen oder Schirme z.B. oder 2 Kaffeemaschinen. Siesta lässt sich hervorragend auf dem Balkon verbringen und sollte der Teenie mal allein zum Strand gehen wollen: Kein Problem, denn von der Wohnung aus ist alles sehr gut einsehbar. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, Parkplätze sind ausreichend in der Nähe, meist sogar vor dem Haus direkt vorhanden. Tolles Brot in Bio Qualität gibt es bei S'Illot 1968 (rote Beschriftung), super essen kann man im PLAN B. Einfach die Straße geradeaus. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und es spricht nichts gegen eine erneute Buchung. Fazit: Wir haben uns richtig gut erholt und ALLE Familienmitglieder hatten eine gute Zeit. Herzlichen Dank für alles, lieber Thomas und hoffentlich bis zum nächsten Jahr.

Das Meer vor der Tür

Wir haben 3Wochen Urlaub in diesem schönen und großzügigen Apartment verbracht und haben jeden Tag genossen. Wir durften die Wohnung früher beziehen und haben die Betreuung durch Thomas als sehr freundlich und kooperativ empfunden. Die Wohnung ist hell und großzügig gestaltet und bietet alles was man sich wünscht. Lediglich das doch sehr schlechte Internet und die Gerüche und Geräusche der Restaurantküche sind hier negativ zu bewerten .

Vorsicht! Wir bekamen keine Nachricht wie wir zu der Wohnung Eintritt bekommen, unsere Nachrichten am Anreisetag wurden nicht beantwortet und der Vermieter war telefonisch nicht zu erreichen. Schließlich verbrachten wir den Urlaub an einem anderen Ort, weil der Eintritt in die Wohnung nicht möglich war. FeWo ist kulant und erstattete die vorausbezahlte Mietgebühr.

Top emplacement, vue magnifique, appartement super, moderne, tres grand et decoration au top. Un seul bémol pour la literie su grand lit. La plage serait encore mieux si elle etait nettoyée de toutes les algues. Restaurant Es Mollet ( juste en dessous) super. Sangria et paella tres bonne et pas chères. La.petite ville de S Illot tres animée le soir.

Amazing view

The property was very clean, views were outstanding. The size of the property was more than enough for a family of 4. Well equipped kitchen. The only negative was that the condo does not have air conditioning in the entire unit, only in one of the bedrooms. When its over 30 degree in celsius the condo gets super hot. The area is also quite loud at night, you can't close the windows due to lack of the air conditioning so all the noise comes in. Other than that I would recommend this condo, great location, beach just down the steps, great restaurant right below.

Keine offenen Wünsche!

Seit mehreren machen wir ausschließlich Urlaub in Ferienwohnungen. Diese Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen, es war einfach alles da, was man für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt benötigt. Ob als Paar oder Familie, kein Wunsch bleibt offen. Bei Fragen ist Thomas stets erreichbar, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr gut in der Ortschaft gelegen, man kann unkompliziert parken, schnell an den Strand oder einfach abends auf der Terrasse sitzen und den Urlaub genießen. Hat uns sehr viel Spaß gemacht und der Abschied fiel uns schwer. Genug Platz um alle Urlaubssachen unterzubringen und sich komplett auszudehnen. Das Internet ist nicht das schnellste, aber das liegt an der Ortschaft und man soll ja Urlaub machen und nicht am Tablet hängen. Unser Hund hat sich auch pudelwohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank nochmals!

Wunderbare Tage in S‘Illot

Wir hatten ganz tolle Tage in der geräumigen Wohnung in S’Illot. Thomas ermöglichte es uns, früher einzuchecken und der erste Eindruck war einfach nur WOW. Das geräumige Wohn, Esszimmer und der toll ausgestatteten Küche mit dem unglaublichen Blick auf den Strand und das Meer, war einfach nur beeindruckend. Durch die zwei separaten Schlafzimmer mit je einem Bad hatte auch jeder seine Privatsphäre. Die pubertierenden Mädchen flippten beim Anblick des riesigen, begehbaren Kleiderschranks fast aus! Wir kommen gerne wieder und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Alles bestens -wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung liegt im 2.Stock des Gebäudes und ist lichtdurchflutet, mit offenem und großzügig gestaltetem Wohn-Essbereich. Moderne Küche mit allem was man braucht. Insgesamt sehr gut und modern ausgestattet und in Top-Zustand. Der Vermieter, Thomas, ist wirklich sehr nett, serviceorientiert und immer ansprechbar. An einem Abend hatten wir kein warmes Wasser, da der Durchlauferhitzer eine Störung hatte. Wirklich keine 15 Minuten nach der Reklamation hat es an der Tür geklingelt und die Störung wurde behoben. Große Klasse! Die Wohnung liegt Top und bietet einen einzigartigen Ausblick auf Meer und Strand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder :-)
