High quality equipped apartment right on the Baltic Sea beach of Zingst. Our 2-room apartment is 53 square meters and can accommodate max. 4 people. Living room with sofa bed, free internet (WLAN), Sony HD LCD TV, DVD player, stereo, telephone and kitchenette (dishwasher, microwave, electric stove, oven, fridge, freezer). Bedroom with double bed (7 zone tonneau pocket spring mattress). Balcony. Sauna / solarium, laundry, underground parking.

Rundum zufrieden :)
Wir haben eine Woche mit unseren beiden Kindern in Zingst verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
Gern bewerten wir die Wohnung:
+ Sauberkeit
+ Inventar (Wäscheständer, Föhn, Putzutensilien, Reisebett...)
+ Verdunklungsrollo im Schlafraum
+ Insektenschutz Schlafzimmerfenster u. Balkontür
+ Lage (Strandnähe, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar)
+ Kontakt mit Vermieter und Verwaltung unkompliziert und nett
- Schlafsofa leider recht unbequem
Alles in allem können wir guten Gewissens unsere Empfehlung aussprechen, eine der besten Ferienwohnungen, die wir bisher gebucht haben.

Parkplatzprobleme
Parkplatz in der Garage vorhanden, allerdings sollte man nie mit zwei Fahrzeuge anreisen, in Zingst gibt es nur ein Parkplatz der über Nacht mit Gebühr genutzt werden kann!

Nette Ferienwohnung direkt am Ostseestrand
Nette, zweckmäßig ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in einem Appartmenthaus in ruhiger Lage direkt am Ostseestrand. Küchenecke mit allen Geräten ausgestattet, die man so braucht (einschließlich Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle etc.). Wohnzimmer mit kleiner, netter Bibliothek. Einkaufsgelegenheiten in der Fußgängerzone fußläufig erreichbar. Tiefgaragenplatz für die Wohnung 10 etwas eng und am Ende der Garage gelegen, man konnte nur rückwärts einparken. Check-In hat leider nicht funktioniert wie in den Unterlagen angegeben. Weder konnten die Schlüssel über den mitgeteilten Code am Schlüsselkasten in Empfang genommen werden, noch war die beauftragte Agentur telefonisch erreichbar. Nach telefonischer Rücksprache mit dem Besitzer der FeWo in Berlin wurde dann von der Agentur Kontakt aufgenommen und der Schlüsselkasten entsprechend bestückt. Der Besitzer hat sich dann auch für die Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigt. Zingst ist ein netter Badeort an der Ostsee, mit einem sehr schönen Sandstrand, einer Seebrücke und guten Einkehrmöglichkeiten. Hier ist jedermann mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs, es gibt einige Fahhradverleihstationen. In der Hauptsaison ist ganz schön Betrieb. Vom Zingster Boddenhafen aus kann man Schiffsausflüge nach Stralsund und zur Insel Hiddensee unternehmen. Auch Mitsegeln in einem Zeesboot ist möglich, unter fachkundiger Führung von Skipper Achim und seiner Bootsfrau. Insgesamt ein gelungener Urlaub in einer netten Wohnung, mit Reserven für einen reibungslosen Check-In.

Sehr geehrter Herr Fleischhauer,
Vielen Dank für ihre Bewertung. Ich finde die Beurteilung mit drei Sternen nur auf Grund der mißglückten Schlüsselübergabe nicht gerechtfertigt, da ja ansonsten alles andere gepaßt hat. Das Problem mit der Agentur ist das erste Mal in unserer langen Vermietungszeit (16 Jahre) aufgetreten.
