About this property

Our farmhouse-style lake house is the perfect cozy countryside getaway. Tucked away near Lake Louisa State Park, the house is set on nearly an acre with 90 ft of lake frontage on Lake Glona. The backyard and driveway offer plenty of space to play soccer or basketball. Close to everything Clermont & Central Florida has to offer! Water activities, golf, fishing, cycling, off-roading, horseback, trails, u-pick farms...and of course, a short drive to the theme parks. Don't hesitate to reach out if you have questions about the area.

The house is set on a slight hill with a large front yard overlooking Lake Glona across the street. We love the large front porch swings - the perfect place to relax and look out on the lake.

The backyard is surrounded by foliage with beautiful Florida trees and bushes for privacy. The driveway loops around the back of the house with a basketball hoop. A basketball, soccer balls, and football are available for friends and family.

The entire house has tile and wood flooring - no carpet. The inside living and dining is open with a beautiful view of the lake out the front window.

The main floor includes 3 bedrooms, including the master bedroom and bath. There is a cozy loft upstairs with sloping ceilings that overlooks the lake. This space includes a trundle bed with twin pullouts.

Careful On Dock Use caution on the dock and near the water. This is Florida (alligators). Watercraft are not available for guest use.

Don't Drive on Grass The driveway is narrow and loops around the back of the house. Cars cannot drive on grass due to the septic tank and sprinklers.

Don't Use Fireplace We ask that guests don't use the fireplace in the living room. Florida is warm ~360 days a year!

A Wonderful Adults-Only Stay

Our family is mostly 50+… and we have no need of children’s facilities. This property was perfect for us…though it wouldn’t have been bad for a family with kids. The location is fairly close to the parks… but far enough away that it’s quiet. We found the property clean and comfortable. It’s perfect for a family that wants to avoid the parks… but close enough for those who want to spend time at the parks. The owners were very helpful when we had problems with VRBO… I’d definitely stay here again.

Excellent place to relax and enjoy with family!!!

We absolutely love this house. The house was very clean and organized for our arrival, the neighborhood is super calm, full of peace and quiet. The lake is right in front of the house and the view is breathtaking and on top of all this, our host Marissa is the best, always responded to our inquiries and always in communication with us with the best interest for us to have a good time. Thanks Marissa, we loved your house and we'll definitely be back. Recommended 100%.
