Our vacation home is very spacious for the whole family. We are 2 miles from the beach access. It has a private pool, patio and pier. You can sit on the pier and enjoy the sunrise and sometimes see dolphins in the waterway. It has 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths. Private basketball and tennis court and 7 parking spots for vehicles. small game room with pool table, Foosball, and ping pong table

The house is beautiful and worked very well for our family, was nice there was a pack-n-play for our granddaughter, the house could use more forks. We couldn’t figure out how to work the elevator, might have needed 2 keys only 1 was found, the water in the master shower was never hot. I feel if we had contacted Kim she would have gotten it taken care of. The furniture was very nice and the beds were comfortable. We would rent again when we go back. Thank you Kim for the use of your house.

We are so glad we booked this beautiful vacation home! The pictures really don’t do it justice. I had invited my parents and sister’s family to join me and my teens for an end of summer trip. They all were thrilled with our weekend. They especially loved:1) the private dock was spectacular2) the screened in porch had room for everyone3) the huge kitchen had room for everyone. It was probably the largest home kitchen I had ever been in.4) the bedrooms and bathrooms provided plenty of space and privacy for everyone5) the neighborhood with the large oak trees and Spanish moss felt like we were visiting Savannah6) the water slide was a blast for the kidsMy only complaint about the property was that the name implies that there is an elevator available. There is an elevator but it is locked. My elderly parents were nervous going up and down the steep and curving stairs. We probably should have called about access to the elevator since the owners were very responsive but it was locked and there was no mention of it in the house instructions, I assume they don’t want you using it.Also, as another reviewer mentioned, there aren’t enough forks so remember to bring some.

Perfect OIB Vacation Home!

We had the pleasure of staying at Kim’s property and it exceeded our expectations. The grounds and home were perfect for our 3 families staying under one roof, which was a big deal for us. If you’re looking for a charming large home that is has privacy yet close to everything, this is the place! A short drive to the beach, Publix, and anything you would really need for your stay in Ocean Isle Beach. We were first timers using VRBO, and we didn’t know what to expect. From the salt water pool with a slide, the hot tub, the amazing pier with a peaceful view, we really could have never left the property. With kids in tow, having multiple hang out locating inside and out, was so nice! I really can’t say enough good things about this place. The kitchen was large, the dining room was big enough for games and eating and puzzles, and it has plenty of bathrooms. To top it off, Kim was so gracious and flexible with us, letting us check in early and check out late to accommodate our different arrival and departure times. We want to return in the future, and would highly recommend this location to anyone visiting OIB!

This is our first time we rented a house with a dock and will always rent a house with a dock. We rented a pontoon boat and we enjoyed the privacy of the beach.

Wonderful stay at Ocean Isle Beach home. Large space for all family members to relax and enjoy the pool, hot tub and intercoastal views. Convenient area to island restaurants and other entertainment. Impressive home with so much space to entertain.
