About this property

Private entrance to a fully furnished basement with washer, dryer, and fridge. 5min drive to garden of the gods, 15min drive to downtown or Manitou Springs. Close to I-25 and an hour drive to Denver. Quiet neighborhood with lot of space to relax in Colorado Springs. We live in the upstairs area of the house, but your space will be your own unless you need anything. We are new to Airbnb and will continue to improve the space as time goes on and would love you have you back after your initial stay!

Weekend Getaway

This was a wonderful and spacious landing spot for us. Conveniently located near Garden of the Gods. The place was very clean and property manager accommodating to our needs. Would stay here again!

Central, comfortable and clean

We spent three nights and had a great stay! Pros: Responsive host Clean space Well stocked Comfortable bed Stocked bathroom Proximity to town, hiking, freeway Kitchen is clean and stocked. (We hit Costco and loaded up on necessities) You are in a basement so upstairs activity is noted but not obtrusive or loud. Lots of deer to watch on the outdoor patio. Would highly recommend this place!

A true gem in Colorado Springs

This place is perfect in Colorado Springs! Most of the places you would want go to visit or see are within a 10-15 minute, especially Garden Of The Gods, which was ONLY 5 minutes away. This basement floor is actually street level, and has all the amenities for 4, if two of them are kids. Brendan is definitely a SUPER host! He communicated with me even when I was just looking for places to stay. He follows up with you even it’s something like bringing a few extra dining chairs for visiting guests. I promise, you will be well taken care of at this place.😁

Nice property Great location

Great finished walk out basement with separate entrance and parking. Very spacious. Had to go thru VRBO to get water leak in bathroom vanity communicated to owner. Repaired in a day. Nice people great location just below Broadmoor area. Would stay again
