The Residenz Seestern is an architecturally attractive apartment complex that consists of four houses. It is centrally located in Boltenhagen and it is only approx. 100 m to the beach. The beautiful spa park of Boltenhagen is in the immediate vicinity.

In the apartment area you will find well-tended gastronomy with international cuisine. A large shopping center is not far from the complex.
Relax, enjoy, create balance. Anyone who knows the new wellness and sauna area at Residenz Seestern in Boltenhagen on the Baltic Sea knows how easy it can be.

Two saunas will make you sweat gently. On approx. 140 m² you will find a Finnish sauna 85 ° C and a bio sauna 55 ° C, an infrared cabin for 2 people, a Kneipp pool, a drinking fountain and three sensory showers. The generous rest opportunities invite you to relax.

You live in a 48 m² 2-room apartment with balcony (loggia) for max. 4 people. The apartment is located on the first floor to the inner courtyard. The bathroom was completely renovated in 2018.

The free underground parking space in the same house as well as the free swimming pool and wellness area can be reached easily and barrier-free by elevator, making it particularly suitable for older guests or younger guests with small children.

In the basement you will find coin operated washing machines and dryers as well as a bicycle storage room. A bicycle rental is located in the reception of the holiday residence, where a friendly and helpful team is available to advise you.

Kurzurlaub an der Ostsee

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Kurzurlaub in der Residenz Seestern. Die Lage ist super, mit wenigen Metern zum Strand und in die Stadt. Für die Kinder gab es einen kleinen Spielplatz im Hof und ein Schwimmbad im Keller der Residenz. Man hatte alles was das Herz begehrt. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

tolle Wohnung, prima eingerichtet, prima ausgestattet, da nicht an der Straße auch schön ruhig ( trotz Spielplatz im Hof). Die Wohnung besenrein zu hinterlassen war für uns klar aber bei der Endreinigungsgebühr hätten wir uns gewünscht das vorher auch einmal durchgewischt wird ( vom Reinigungspersonal). Die Parklücken in der Tiefgarage sind sehr schmal. Aber sonst gerne wieder

Seestern Residenz

Schönes Apartment in zentraler Lage mit Restaurants, Spielplatz direkt in der Anlage. Pool im Keller und kleiner Wellnessbereich (1€/15min.für Sauna) machen es alles zu einem guten Reiseziel. Allerdings wirkt es etwas vernachlässigt bzw oberflächlich, insbesondere die Reinigung. Entgegen der Beschreibung waren Bettwäsche und Handtücher nicht inklusive, sondern mussten für 64€ noch entliehen werden. Durch den Restaurantbetrieb ist keine wirkliche Ruhe vorhanden. Dennoch würden wir wiederkommen, da wir somit alles vor Ort hatten: Strand, Ostsee, Pool, Essensmöglichkeiten...mit Kindern absolut toll.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaubsaufenthalt im Seestern-Apartment

Wir verbrachten eine Woche im Apartment Nr. 12 (Eigentümer Fam. Behr). Es ist sehr gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Alles tip-top sauber und keine veralteten Unterlagen in der Info-Mappe (die recht hilfreich ist). Der Empfang war freundlich und unkompliziert. Das gut gepflegte Schwimmbad ist ein großes Plus (vor allem für unseren November-Aufenthalt). Zum Strand und zum Kurpark sind es nur wenige hundert Meter. Die Nahversorgung in Boltenhagen ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
