You can walk or bike right from house over the Ben Sawyer bridge to fantastic restaurants like Obstinate Daughter and Poe’s Tavern. This townhome has 2 Queen bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms and has a large fenced in backyard with BBQ. The home is approximately 1800 sq ft. and is around a 10 min drive to downtown Charleston.
