Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
No pets, and no parties allowed under any circumstances. No smoking allowed.
Please set the thermostat to 80 degrees and turn off all ceiling fans and lock all the doors and windows.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please do not turn the thermostat below 72 degrees as it could cause the coils to freeze and the AC to stop working.
Absolutely NO pets under any circumstances
Please take the trashcans out to the street at the end of your stay as trash pick up is on Tuesday mornings.
