Our quiet house is located at 1000 m above sea level between Birchabruck and Eggen, or Air line between Deutschnofen and Welschnofen and offers 6 vacation studio apartment rooms with mini kitchen, as well as 2 vacation rooms each for two (max. Three) people. All rooms have balconies. Minimum stay three days.

Holiday room 1 on the entrance floor with space-saving wall bed for two people. View from the balcony to the west, to the terrace in the afternoon sun. (Without satellite TV, without mini kitchen)

Catering, bed linen, towels and room cleaning in self-service.

A cozy lounge with a basic stove on the terrace floor is ideal for large groups and invites you to a sociable evening.

It is located in the Eggental valley below Eggen, surrounded by forest, meadow, water on the rushing mountain stream, only a few minutes by car from the SkiCenter Latemar / Obereggen. All studio rooms with mini kitchen, satellite TV (except room 1 and 3), bathroom, central heating are equipped with French. Double bed, additional bed, table, two chairs, closet and balcony table with two chairs.

The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.

The kitchen in the basement is intended for friends from several apartments and can be booked for shared cooking pleasure.

The sun terraces, which can also be reached from the ground-level lounges, as well as the natural meadow and the sun island in the stream, are available to the guests of the apartments for a free, comfortable stay.

Bon accueil et très belle région à explorer

L'accueil est excellent avec un petit pot d'accueil, l'hôte nous a fourni de nombreuses informations sur les belles randonnées du coin. Des petits légumes du jardin sont offerts chaque jour. Cette chambre est petite mais le balcon agréable. Bonne adresse !

Capodanno in montagna

Abbiamo soggiornato per qualche notte, durante il periodo di capodanno, in questa camera matrimoniale con bagno privato. La camera è piccolina, ma funzionale. I proprietari sono persone deliziose! Al nostro arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare in camera vino e biscottini. Inoltre, la sera di capodanno ci hanno offerto un aperitivo con vin brûlé e stuzzichini fatti in casa, buonissimi! Posizione abbastanza comoda per raggiungere i vari punti di interesse turistico. Considerando il periodo in cui abbiamo soggiornato (dove solitamente i prezzi sono alle stelle), la il prezzo della camera è estremamente economico.

Truffa, state alla larga

Non parlano italiano, non si sforzano nemmeno. I letti sono lunghi un metro e mezzo e bisogna dormire in diagonale. Recensisco brevemente la nostra esperienza di due notti: La seconda notte perdiamo la coppia di chiavi dateci per accedere, legate, attenzione bene, ad un portachiavi completamente anonimo consistente in un dischetto rosso con scritto solo il numero uno. Suoniamo alla proprietà dopo aver cercato ovunque le chiavi per due ore a meno cinque gradi. Il proprietario ci apre dopo un’ora e mezza e ci urla addosso i peggio insulti chiedendo centinaia di euro per aprirci la camera. Noi non avevamo contanti e prova a sequestrarci un paio di scarponi da snowboard da tenere in ostaggio. Dopo una nuova dose di insulti ci apre la camera alle 3 della mattina. L’indomani (prima della partenza) ci chiudono la porta d’ingresso del condominio obbligandoci a fare un check in che all’arrivo non hanno fatto per non pagare tasse di soggiorno e altri oneri, sapendo di aver esagerato con i modi. Continuano a chiederci centinaia di euro per le chiavi smarrite dicendo di dover rifare tutte le serrature perché se qualcuno avesse trovato le chiavi sarebbe entrato in casa a rubare: ripeto, chiavi completamente anonime e portachiavi completamente anonimo. Dopo aver calmato la situazione è averci tenuto 45 minuti in ostaggio nell’atrio, ci aprono dicendo di non volere nemmeno i soldi per fare la copia delle chiavi che io avrei volentieri pagato, riconoscendo la colpa di averle perse e prendendomi tutta la responsabilità del caso. Usciamo e andiamo via. Nel primo pomeriggio mi arriva una mail dal sito, dicendo che la proprietà ha trattenuto l’intera caparra per rifare le chiavi. Due chiavi semplici, cento euro? Ripasso dalla proprietà prima di tornare a casa per cercare di chiarire la situazione, vengo offeso, spinto, minacciato. Morale della favola la proprietà si tiene cento euro e davanti alle mie minacce di chiamare la polizia mi sbatte la porta sul piede più volte dicendo che i soldi erano per cambiare tutte le serrature. Ho sporto querela dai carabinieri di Bolzano. State alla larga, chiedono poco, ma per camere orrende, male arredate e poi lucrano attaccandosi a scuse senza senso per tenersi la caparra. Spendete 40 euro in più a notte e affidatevi a dei professionisti. Normale essere trattati male da chi usa come sacchetto del bidone del bagno l’involucro di plastica della carta igienica.

Camera minima pulita

I due padroni non parlano italiano, ma Lui solo tedesco, lei anche francese. La casa è dentro una valletta nel bosco. L'abbiamo accettata perché non avevamo altra scelta. Fortunatamente abbiamo potuto comunicare perché parli amo francese e tedesco. I due proprietari sono stati molto gentili. Home away prende 100 € di caparra che restituisce solo dopo 10 GG, un bel trucco di accaparramento finanziario

C'è di meglio

Stanza molto piccola al piano terra dell'abitazione, "letto" salvaspazio scomodo e bagno essenziale. Internet non c'è e il cellulare in stanza non prende. Dentro il mobile ci sono degli utensili per la cucina, ma non c'è la possibilità di usufruire del piano cottura. Non c'è la tv. Il proprietario non parla l'italiano. In paese non sono presenti molti negozi o locali, né possibilità di attività ricreative. Caparra bloccata per più di 20 giorni dopo la fine della vacanza. Gl'altri appartamenti sono invece forniti di angolo cottura e televisione, ma quella tedesca.
