In our apartment in the resort of Upgant-Schott / Marienhafe you will find on about 60 square meters Ostfriesische hospitality, combined with comfort in an attractive interior.
The comfortably furnished apartment is located in a quiet residential area and offers, both older guests and young families, the best recreational opportunities on the East Frisian North Sea.
On the terrace in your own separate garden is a fireplace grill available to enjoy pleasant evenings.
For your entertainment, we offer satellite TV, compact hi-fi system, DVD player and Wi-Fi.
Non smoking apartment!
Bed linen and towels / handkerchiefs and tea towels are provided at no extra cost. The beds are made upon arrival.
There is a private parking space on the private property.
Our apartment is conveniently located to explore tourist highlights such as Greetsiel (fishing village), Norddeich (beach), Emden (port city) and Aurich (shopping city).
Ostfriesland has a very well-developed cycle path network to enjoy the unique East Frisian landscape by bike.

Erholsame Tage

Von Anfang an haben wir uns in der Ferienwohnung von Frau Koßmann sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Sehr gute Lage um viele Tagesausflüge zu unternehmen. Einkqaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im benachbarten Ort Marienhafe. Auf jedenfall braucht man ein Auto.. Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr ruhig in einer Wohnsiedlung.

Toller Nordseeurlaub

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Nordseeurlaub in Upgant-Schott verbracht. Großen Anteil hatte die wirklich tolle Ferienwohnung. Diese war wie online beschrieben und es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Herzlichkeit der Vermieterin hat uns sehr gefallen. Dies war nicht der letzte Urlaub an der Nordsee und in dieser Unterkunft, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es gibt nur gutes auszusetzen. Die Bilder entsprechen der Wahrheit:) Sauber, es hat nichts gefehlt und es ist alles super gelaufen. Das Haus und Einrichtung sind im top/ modernen Zustand. Bei Fragen etc war Frau Kossmann immer erreichbar! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit das Haus wieder nehmen, wenn wir an die Nordsee fahren würden. Vielen Dank dafür 😉

Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Vielen Dank an die Vermieterin für den freundlichen Empfang. Wir (Familie mit zwei Kindern) haben uns sofort wohlgeführt und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es handelt sich um eine gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit schöner windgeschützter Terrasse und Gartenanteil. Im Umkreis von etwa 50 km gibt es einiges zu sehen, so dass wir täglich unterwegs waren. Auch die nächsten Badestrände sind nicht weit weg. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Marienhafe (etwa 2 km). Das fanden wir auch sehr angenehm. Falls wir mal wieder hier unterwegs sind, wissen wir wo es eine schöne Ferienwohnung gibt.

Traumhafter Urlaub!

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub bei Silke Kossmann. Sie ist eine sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung ist super sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Unsere Kinder haben im Garten genügend Platz zum toben und spielen gehabt. Leider ist so ein Urlaub irgendwann zu Ende. Aber wie heißt es so schön: nach dem Urlaub ist vor dem Urlaub. Wir haben uns auf jeden Fall sehr wohl gefühlt und vermissen jetzt schon alles!

Tolle Ferienwohnung in schöner und ruhiger Lage

Wir waren voll und ganz mit der Wohnung zufrieden, es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und auch der eigene kleine Garten mit Terrasse lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und herzlich, man hat sich direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Größe, wir waren mit 4 Personen dort und hatten alle ausreichend Platz. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Super schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung war super schön und sehr ordentlich. Es gibt eine eigene Terrasse mit Grill und einen kleinen Garten. Alles wichtige ist in der Nähe. Auch die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich. Leider hat das Wetter nicht so mitgespielt, aber so haben wir uns die Orte in der Nähe angeschaut und einige Museen besucht.

Ruhig und gemütlich

Wir haben den Urlaub mit 2 Kindern dort verbracht. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und jederzeit hilfreich. Sehr ruhig gelegenes Haus ca. 25 Min. vom Strand entfernt. Wer der Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig.
