Beautiful Home on Crystal Lake; Perfect for Families & Groups
This house is located on Crystal Lake, the calmer and quieter neighbor to Lake Mascoma. The home is a 20 minute drive from Hanover, Dartmouth College and Whaleback Ski Resort. The lake is perfect for all sorts of water activities or just a nice relaxing swim! You can even paddle on over to the waste level sandbar at the southend of the lake to take in the rays while lounging in the water with friends! The house is surrounded by gorgeous forests and beautiful waterfalls along the Colette Trail.
The main living space is located on the second floor of the home and boasts a sunny open floor plan, which makes it easier to connect with family and friends.
The living room is beautifully designed with comfortable furniture throughout and is lighted by endless natural light. Gather around the large TV for an entertaining evening at home and if you start feeling cold, either of the wood-burning fireplaces will keep you nice and warm all day, every day. The kitchen is complete with modern, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinet & counter space, perfect for high volume meal prep! The home also includes a gym, ping pong, and pool tables, a home office working loft, and over 4 large common gathering spaces throughout. The ambiance is amazing. Great swimming and outdoor jacuzzi. Our place is great for families, remote working crews, business travelers, and large groups.

The house, originally a quaint single family property, was remodeled to be a home away from home; a place for the families like our own, large in size and personalities, to have a place where we could all come together to spend time without being on top of each other.
