Home on a quiet street with friendly neighbors right in the center of it all. Downtown Wilmington is situated on the Cape Fear River, has great restaurants and a lively music scene in the summer. There are two main beaches within 15-20 minutes. Each beach has a different flavor. Open floorplan downstairs between kitchen and great room. Office space just off the foyer has a stand up desk with auxiliary monitor and printer available for use. We also have a fenced in backyard for kids to safely play.

Beach Trip 2022 - Wilmington NC

This property was perfect for our family. Clean, spacious, and comfortable. Lovely yard, landscaped with sitting areas. Easy access to beaches, downtown and sites. Quiet neighborhood.

Relaxing in Wilmington

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hug’s home. Had just about everything we needed with the exception of an iron and a blender. Other than that, the stay was great, very peaceful and relaxing.

We love all things related to water, which is why Wilmington is such a great place to visit! When we are not in Wilmington we are in our Airstream, chasing adventures!

If you want a quiet place to stay and relax that is close to the beaches and quaint downtown Wilmington, this is the place for you! You can either do a lot or do nothing! Private fenced in backyard has charcoal grill and Adirondack style chairs and swing to relax in.

What makes this property unique

15 minutes to Carolina Beach, 15 minutes to downtown Wilmington and the USS North Carolina Battleship, and 20 minutes to Wrightsville Beach make this a great location for all of your local interests.
