Top tier vacation rental. Communication by the host was incredible. The house was so clean and fully stocked from the kitchen, to spare beds, to beach gear, to bathroom goodies, baby gear, and everything in between. Not to mention the home is so beautifully styled, every space was a treat to look at and be in. It was an easy walk to the beach in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood close to town. I would recommend this home to anyone! We hope to be back next year!

The house was amazing. Very comfortable, lots of seating, great beds, very clean. It is a short walk to the beach with a great walkway over the dunes. The ground floor area is amazing for kids as well as the second living space upstairs. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time at Home Sweet Pineapple! The house is beautifully decorated and has thoughtfully considered amenities for guests. Owners were immediately responsive throughout, house manager was also highly responsive. Of all the homes you could choose in Galveston, this one should be top of your list. We will definitely stay again next year.

We had the perfect stay at this beautiful rental home. The property looked exactly like the photos, and every room was thoughtfully decorated with comfortable, professionally styled furnishings that made us feel right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking, and we especially appreciated how well everything was clearly labeled. It made finding items quick and easy and showed great attention to detail. One of our favorite features was the elevator, which made moving luggage and groceries in and out effortless. The location was also fantastic, just steps out to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. Communication was excellent during our stay. The property manager responded quickly to a question I had and the owner even checked in with us upon or arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere while still being incredibly close to the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommend!

GREAT experience with the property! I believe this property is listed as a "luxury" stay and it definitely did not disappoint. The house was perfect. This kitchen was fully stocked with great cookware, along with some "essential" in the pantry. There is even a second refrigerator in the laundry room, right down the hall from the kitchen. The large table easily accommodated our large family and was a gathering place for family games, meals and conversation! The large couches were comfortable and allowed plenty of seating as well. The bedrooms were SPECTACULAR! The house was immaculate and probably one of the cleanest I've experienced. The walk to the beach was 5 minutes or less and was not at all crowded. The host was quick to respond to any questions I had and took care of all our needs at a moments notice. 10/10 experience!

We were very pleased with the cleanliness, beds were very comfortable, kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, bowls, utensils. Air condition worked well. Our family loved this home. However, the elevator was not working and it was very inconvenient to carry heavy suitcases & ice chest up the stairs. We called the property manager and he tried to get it working…needed a part. It still wasn’t working when we checked out. We wouldn’t have rented it if we knew the elevator was out because my wife has a bad knee.

Beautiful Home!

Beautiful home in a gorgeous neighborhood. The beach is a short walk away. This is a non-driving section of the beach so it is quieter and less crowded than some other areas. The house is modern, tastefully decorated and very neat, organized and clean. We had everything we needed for a relaxing and joyful get away. We would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful weekend getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated and organized home . There was nothing not thought of... Sound machines in every room, plenty of storage, space and seating. We loved that everyone could be in the family room together and enjoy eachother while it was raining outside.

We just wrapped up an incredible stay at this home, and I honestly cannot say enough good things. We traveled with 13 people, including six kids, and the house was beyond prepared for a group our size. Every closet was thoughtfully stocked, every bathroom had plenty of towels, and it truly felt like the hosts had thought of everything.The checkout process was easy and stress free, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. This was the perfect place to celebrate our dad’s 70th birthday, and we made so many special memories together that we will cherish for years.The location could not have been better. It was a short, easy walk to the beach, and we loved being able to see the ocean from the balcony. I travel often and stay in a lot of rental homes, and this one will always stand out as my favorite.Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay.

This is our second time staying at Home Sweet Pineapple and it really is just the most amazing property. Everything has been so well thought out from the decor, to the furniture, to the organization. It's stunning. They truly make it feel like a home away from home. I'm talking white noise machines in every room, adjustable mattress bases, stocked with Kleenex and trash cans everywhere, seasonings and extras in the pantry. I could go on and on. As a Mom who travels with young kids this home is a blessing. There is way less prep work for me so I can truly enjoy just being present with my family. The elevator is also amazing for shuttling up and down heavy coolers, luggage and food. It allows you to have a multigenerational vacation with zero stress. I feel instantly calmer as soon as I step in the door. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We absolutely cannot wait to come back. Book it. You won't regret it. Well, well worth it.

This amazing house was perfect for our family get away! Home Sweet Pineapple is beautiful, super clean and spacious, and the most well-equipped house I've ever stayed in. Kitchen had everything you could ask for, and then some. We loved the long table for family meals and game nights. It's a short walk to the beach in a lovely (and quiet) neighborhood. Tim and Anna, and their property manager Travis, were super quick to respond to a couple minor issues we encountered. It was very obvious they take extraordinary care of their guests. I look forward to coming back to this beautiful house again! Our family loved our stay!

Amazing beach property won’t disappoint!

This amazing house was steps from the beach. Fully equipped with no detail being left undone, this house provided a comfortable home away from home for a large group and the location was fantastic. From the beautifully decorated furnishings and interior design, to the small touches to create a truly special experience (puzzles, games, books, excellent Wi-Fi and tv), there is no better beach property in Galveston. We chose this neighborhood for its unmatched family-friendly environment and safety. It is one of the few places in Galveston where you can walk to the beach without crossing busy traffic or main roads. In the summer, the sand is graded daily, and because cars are not permitted on the beach, it creates an atmosphere that feels nearly private. This allows plenty of room for families and friends to relax and play without the safety concerns found elsewhere on the island.
