About this property

A long time favorite, the Sandy Dog, is back as a rental.
Located at the top of Bumblebee path, it's a 3 minute walk to the beach.
The Sandy Dog has a large, open floor plan and great views of the ocean and Pt. Reyes. You can watch the sunset over the ocean while sipping a glass of wine, read a book in the window seat listening to the crashing waves, or soak in the hot tub with a view of the beach.
This home is so lovely and comfortable that you will not want to leave.
The main floor includes a large living room, with ample space for a group, a dining room, sunroom, and open kitchen with panoramic views of the ocean. Downstairs are two large bedrooms and a large beautifully updated bath. The owners love dogs and welcome yours to the Sandy Dog.
There is a nice size fenced yard and even a cookie jar with doggie treats.
Kids will enjoy the boogie boards, skim boards, wet suits, sand toys, puzzles and board games.
Your entire group will love the Sandy Dog!

Beautiful home!

This is a lovely property. Inside and the yard. Views from everywhere. We needed to buy some basic things like aluminum foil and storage baggies. We could have used more kitchen towels. Other than those small things, we are hoping to return for another great trip.

Perfect respite

This property was the perfect spot for my husband, 2 adult children, and me. We couldn't of asked for better weather in March and the views are spectacular. Everything you need is there. We will be back. Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven.

Fantastic View and Location!

The Sandy Dog is a very clean and comfortable place to stay. The roomy, upstairs space is perfect for eating and hanging out with an amazing view through the wall of windows. One small criticism is that the photo of the living area in the property listing was edited to remove power lines that impact the view. There is a walking path across the street that provides a straight shot to Dillon Beach... about a 5 minute walk. Dillon is an off-leash paradise for dogs and it is so fun to see them all running around. We had a great visit and the house was perfect for us. We would defintely stay there again!

Wonderful place minutes walk from the beach!

Really enjoyed our stay! A small trail leads directly to the beach in minutes, beautiful private back garden with hot tub! Wonderful place, a bit old which means creaky but the 2nd floor is all windows for panaramic ocean!
