38m2 very well located and well connected with the tramway and Bus nearby (200 meters).
The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a newly renovated building with an elevator working with a private key.
The kitchen is well equipped with a Nespresso machine, microwave and dishwasher.
Large Bed, wash-machine and a flatscreen TV in the main room with worldwide channels are completing the equipment of the apartment connected with unlimited WiFi.
Of course, towels and sheets are provided.
Possibility to rent 2 bikes!
