2 bedrooms, each with private bathroom, one with shower, the other with bath and additional separate guest toilet in the entrance area.
Large living / dining kitchen and high quality, yet modern furnished living room with adjoining covered terrace. This is followed by a large garden. Terrace and garden for sole use. From garden furniture and deckchairs to sun loungers and hammocks everything is there.

The most beautiful view of recreation: The unique view of Lake Constance, from Pfänder via Lindau island to the Swiss Säntis massif is unparalleled. Surrounded by nature-protected undeveloped slopes and a grown environment, the secluded location of Villa Hoyerberg offers peace and quiet, not in the middle of it, but close to it.

The spacious kitchen is well equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, Nesspresso machine and plenty of dishes.
The apartment has parquet and tiled floors and is therefore allergy friendly. TV, stereo and DVD player in the living room and 1 additional TV in the bedroom are also available. Parking, wireless lan, washing machine and tumble dryer are offered free of charge. You are also welcome to store your bikes. On request, we also provide a cot and a high chair available.

Within walking distance bakery, local fruit and vegetable shop as well as city bus stop can be reached. A large supermarket is only 1 kilometer away. The Lindau island is about 3 km away. Dogs on request, fee flat rate 75 €).

Final cleaning, bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are included. The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the community.
With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. Due to the existing key safe even a late arrival is easily possible.
