Take time for a siesta & dream peacefully after a fun filled day of touring all that Waco has to offer in one of our 5 beds. Free high speed wifi & a 43 inch smart tv are provided. A full kitchen, dining table for 4 with an additional island top for 2, large living area with ample seating and plenty of parking can be found in this home away from home.

Long term stays are welcome.

Lovely listing!

My friends and I stayed for Baylor graduation weekend and we had such a great time in Waco! The convenient location was great for our trip activities. The house is so nice and was perfect for our party of 6! If we ever come back to Waco we would definitely try to stay here again!

Better come prepared

We were super excited when we viewed this house online. We arrived on a Wednesday and it was freezing. We couldn't get the heater to work at all. Went to Lowe's bought space heaters and flipped the breaker. Searching high and low we found the breaker box outside. Called property management after 12:00am. He did come out and find the pilot light wasn't on. After it had been serviced the week before. Every Uber we took was fast to let us know four girls didn't need to be walking around or be outside after dark as this was not a great place to stay. Cars coming and going all hours of the night. I think they rent out part of this property as we could hear people in the back of our yard. Next door was having a party on Friday or Saturday. Loud music and a lot of cars coming and going. This is an older house and has a funny odor that stayed in everything I brought into the house. Needless to say I had to leave everything in my garage when I got home to air it out. I'm not one to leave reviews. I feel I should share this as I wouldn't have booked it knowing these issues. If you do decide to stay I would advise bringing someone along that has a handgun license.

I fell in love with this house from the moment I saw it hit the market in July of 2021. It was in rough shape, but I could see past the wear and tear at the beautiful architecture underneath. After a 7 month remodel, that beauty now shines brightly. From the original 1920s hardwood floors, to the sloped stucco walls, to the large living room windows which allow ample light to spill in, this house house stands out on the block as a work of art.
