You will be provided with as much privacy as you would like! The property has a tall privacy fence and a secluded back patio.

I won't be available in person, but I am available through the Airbnb App or texting and have a quick response rate for any questions, comments, or concerns. Please note, while I will not physically be there in person, my designated operator (person of contact who resides in McLennan County, Texas) will be present and available at all times while you are staying at the Windsor Cottage.

For those who prefer their own bed, I have two single beds with foldable mattresses, bed frames, and bedding, stored in the primary closet. Please note these beds are more suitable for children.

Waco is a promising, yet traditional city founded in the 1800s and most neighborhoods look uncouth. My neighborhood is going through gentrification and includes a mix of older desolate homes and completely renovated homes with some street noise. This may be different from what is portrayed on Magnolia Network or Fixer Upper. While living in Windsor Cottage for a month to set up the house, I learned that I have kind and wonderful neighbors who are some of the hardest working people I have ever met and typically keep to themselves. If this makes you hesitant, I completely understand and suggest staying at a traditional hotel.
