1 BR, not 2 BR, but super cute and functional.

This was a super cute and functional apt in a great location with shops, grocery stores, and vegan restaurants all around. The hosts were super gracious and helpful. VRBO lists this as a 2 BR, but if you read carefully, the owners describe it as a 1 BR with a pull-out couch in the living room. Not a problem for us (father and son), but it could be a problem if you truly need 2 BR.

Thank you very much for your kind words and taking the time to write a feedback! As you mentioned VRBO lists this apartment as a 2 bedroom, while it has a bedroom and a separate living/ dining space with a sleeping couch. The sleeping couch is 1,40 metres wide and when pulled out and prepared for you, we put a real mattress on top to make your sleep as great as in a real bed. If you do need a 2 bedroom though, just contact us, we also have our "Großer Fritz" in which we have two seperate bedrooms with a total of 3 double beds. We hope to see you soon again in Potsdam! :)

Sehr schöne citynahe Wohnung

Es war eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht in perfekter Lage. Wir konnten alles fussläufig erreichen. Das Conti Parkhaus am Luisenplatz war eine gute Empfehlung. Mit rechtzeitig bestellter Potsdam-Card wäre es noch günstiger geworden. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Hellhörigkeit, was aber wohl nur auffiel, da es über uns recht laut zuging. Eine kleine Grundausstattung (Geschirrspültabs, Backpapier, KücheRolle) sollte man mitbringen. Aufgrund von etwas wenig Geschirr muss man mit Abwaschen rechnen. Insgesamt trotzdem eine klare Empfehlung durch die schöne Wohnung und die tolle Lage!

Tolle Lage, die schnell zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten führt. Gut ist die Möglichkeit Fahrräder geschützt unterzustellen.

Leider war die von uns angemeldete Personenzahl nicht mit Bettbezügen und Handtüchern bedacht worden. Ansonsten eine schöne zentrale Lage und ruhige Unterkunft.

super Lage, genug Platz

Sehr schöne FeWo in super Lage. Die FeWo liegt im 2. Stock, im Hinterhof eines gut sanierten Altbaus. Die Wohnung Georg ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Gut geeignet für 2 Personen. Was ein bisschen gefehlt hat, war eine geeignete Garderobe. Das Einzige, was mich etwas gestört hat, für diese Preislage, ist der fehlende Stellplatz für das Auto. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Das mit der Garderobe haben wir uns zu Herzen genommen und wir suchen bei unserer nächsten Renovierung nach Möglichkeiten dies umzusetzen. Mit dem Stellplatz können wir Ihnen nur Recht geben, aufgrund von der Bewohnerparkzone direkt vor unserer Haustür, können wir leider keine Stellplätze für unsere Mieter zur Verfügung stellen. Wir können Ihnen nur empfehlen sich beim nächsten Besuch auf jeden Fall eine P Card zuzulegen, um am Luisenplatz für nur 7€/ Tag anstatt 15€/ Tag zu parken. Wir hoffen Sie bald wieder bei uns begrüßen zu können und wünschen Ihnen alles Gute!

Alles war super. Sehr schön zentral gelegene Wohnung, parken ist jedoch in Potsdam teuer, also unbedingt vorher die Parkkarte fürs Parkhaus organisieren.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne Wohnung, alles sauber und neuwertig, gut ausgestattete Küche. Sehr zentrale Lage und trotzdem ruhig. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Bäcker, Cafe, Eisdiele....alles nur wenige Schritte entfernt.

Sommerfrische und Stadturlaub

Eine schöne Wohnung, ideal gelegen. Das "Holländische Viertel" bietet viel Flair, exotische Restaurants, Hinterhof-Bars und Cafés, den besten Käsekuchen und versteckte kleine Läden. Das Umland ist wunderbar: die vielen Seen, die Havel, Caputh ... Sommerurlaub pur.
