This 700 square foot walkout basement guesthouse has its own private drive and entry. Cook in the open kitchen, or grill out on the porch while enjoying the yard and get a peek of the Alaska Range and Tanana River through the trees. Outside of city lights, it's a great spot for Aurora viewing. This newly remodeled unit has a washer and dryer, radiant heat, and 58 inch smart TV. (Squirrel Hollow sits below our larger unit, Fox Den, and they can be rented together for groups of up to 14 guests).
